Went to Berta for highlights and she was amazing! I was very scared to try a new place as good highlights are either a fortune or non existent
In the Hamptons… but this salon was great! Berta was so sweet and gave me exactly what I asked for. Great experience. :)

Over crowded and stressed environment. Not the friendliest reception or service. The lady who did the mani and pedi was great but the overall experience was a disappointment.

I have been a client of the salon for a long time. I love the way they do my hair, but between the political conversations I hear one stylist having, and the way the shampoo girls are always chatting behind me while they are washing my hair, I am going to start looking elsewhere.

i was wanting a last minute manicure the lady who answered the phone was very rude i asked if she could make me an appointment for 5 and she said no and then i asked if had other times and she said 4 then i said okay and then she hung up on me, but they were the only place open so i had my sister call back. Luckily the 2nd person who answered was much nicer and got me an appointment at 4. When i got there everyone was nice and welcoming but then when i sat down i couldn’t use my phone which was kinda weird and it was very noisy so it’s not like i could sit back and relax. I got my nails done my lady i think her name was tima she was very nice and did an amazing job on my feet but i felt like because she kept seeing everyone leaving because it was getting later she got upset and rushed through my fingernails it was kind of upsetting and unprofessional, if you don’t want to work till closing then you shouldn’t be making appointments for then. Overall cute place but not the best customer service.

I was so nervous to make the switch from my long time stylist at a different salon who suddenly became unavailable. Right off the bat, Christine did the most amazing highlights on my hair and the salon was a great experience start to finish. She did exactly what I wanted and I loved my blowout.

Always a great experience. Very pretty, relaxing place. Really great and talented staff. Big shout out to Richard and Joyce. Rare in the hair dressing world, they listen to what you want and it turns out great. Also, very honest about what is not achievable. A huge plus. If you are undergoing chemotherapy, please go and talk to the stylists here. Again, we use Richard and Joyce. They came highly recommended by patients at the Phillips Cancer Center and Joyce did a great job. She somehow managed to cut my husband's hair in such a way that he seemed to have more hair than he came in with and she has kept it in great shape as it has grown back.There is always a cup of coffee on offer and a sense of fun and comeradrie. As someone who HATES going to any salon, I really look forward to my visits here.Highly recommend
