Inept. Comically slow. Twice, in a line of 5 or fewer, waited 15 minutes, only 2 people served, finally just gave up and left.

This place is useless. They have 3 walk in hours/week for passport applications and if you go during those hours, they’ll still turn you away.

The worst experience ever. You know the feeling when someone intentionally does everything they can because they DONT WANT TO HELP you. That is this place! I hope the bosses take a look at the comments to make improvements.
