Great group of employees working hard, pleasant, and doing their best. They are chronically understaffed - the higher ups should have at least 1 if not 2 more people working here, given the volume. It's so nice to have a post office in person; we are always running into old friends. It's just part of what makes Amag. special

We went this morning at 9am to do the passports for 2 kids and the woman there said it's with appointments only. There was no one there and she was lazy otherwise she could help.

Inept. Comically slow. Twice, in a line of 5 or fewer, waited 15 minutes, only 2 people served, finally just gave up and left.
