Everything we shop at this store, most if the staff outside smoking ar the entranceway, for someone that has never smoked, it is very disgusting to want ti shop there and walk through smoke. Disgusting, do you have a designated smoking area, or a break area away from the building , customers trying to shop!!!??? Half your staff is outside ..does anyone work??

Elizabeth, the cashier was excellent. But for some reason, they moved the location to get a cart, that was next to the entrance , to inside the parking lot, that is nowhere near the door. I’d imagine if you were elderly or partially disabled, It would be very difficult for them to walk over and grab a cart now. And then walk it into the building from that distance. Especially in the snow or rain. Obviously someone from upper management that is not disabled, or who lack common sense made this decision?

Customer service is excellent. They help with a smile, show you were your item is and if not in stock well order more. They call you when your order arrives. If you need help to your truck they help. Would recommend to anyone

After reading about the utterly hateful and divisive statement made by TSC that was clearly about solely catering to one part of their customer base, I'll no longer be shopping here. They do realize they're not just in the Midwest right? So disappointing.

The employees are usually nice you do have them few that hate their job but you got that at every store but the shelves are always stocked and can usually find a part that you need that no one else can get or have they are a bit pricey on some things but again it's like that at every store all in all I give them a 8 it's a good stop ✋️ ?

Always friendly and helpful, TSC has products not found anywhere else like animal feed. Also the place to go for tools, parts, pipes, clothes and many other "yard and farm" items.

Super helpful folks!I misplaced my wallet and the last place I remember having it was at the counter. The manager was nice enough to review the surveillance footage and help me figure out where I misplaced it. The other staff members were kind and patient with the situation. Thanks all!
