stopped by for boxing day shopping and loved it! large store so it didnt feel crowded, very well organized and had many collections of books, albums, toys and dvds!

Who doesn’t love a good B&N? Incredible selection and I love the cafe’s cozy fireplace. Only thing I wish they had were more cozy chairs to sit and stay a while. I love to read in a cozy chair with a coffee in one hand and book in another.

This location must have a shoplifting problem. They recently put an Alarm in front of the restrooms. Problem is, it’s overly sensitive, extremely loud, and no one turns it off when it’s going off, so it’s very annoying for people reading or having coffee in the cafe

Asked for a book specifically on mortgages. The girl led me to finance. I said before I asked other than finance books do you have mortgage books. She said it looks like no because everything is out. Not sure why she couldn't look up in the computer to see if they even have suck a book. Won't be back

The displays were very welcoming. It was as if i were waking into a luxury sanctified library.
I wanted to stay the entire day browsing and reading.

I've always liked it here, but yesterday was perfect. I was in a rush and needed to find some very specific birthday gifts. Sky walked around the store with me and helped me find everything I needed. The girls at the coffee shop were very nice, too.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Always helpful and always ready to offer to order or pre-order something if they don't have what I'm looking for just yet. Checkout staff is always ready with a smile and light conversation. It's clean and lots of options. 5/5!

The staff is extremely helpful. The atmosphere is cozy but still busy. You can totally still sit in an aisle and read, though!! Highly recommend looking into the monthly options they have for recommendations!!
