Here’s the thing I order because I’m handy capable to be delivered to my car. Usually the person who comes to the car is a nice man who knows exactly what’s going on. Today I got a nice young guy who gave me my receipt. Put my things in my trunk and I left. When I got home, I was shorted one item. I proceeded to call the store and was bumped around to three different departments because they have a new phone system and they made me call three different times. When I finally got to customer service. Hadil couldn’t quite understand my problem so I explained it again. Then I was going to be put on hold to try to find the person who brought the things to my car. I told her I was put on a hold for over eight minutes last time and nobody ever came back. she then put me on hold and came back and said just come to the store and will give you a credit. I said that’s great but I’m handicap capable and I don’t get to the store often. Is there a way you can give me a credit on my account now then got put on hold again. She came back and said, can I put you on hold till I find the person. I said yes and please don’t hang up because I understand there’s a new phone system and nobody knows how to work it. She proceeded to tell me that I should be patient With a bit of an attitude. She tells me the person who has worked her entire life in customer service, and customer service management. She didn’t bother to ask for my order number or any of my information so I said to her why don’t you take my information. She did, and then she came back and told me to come into the store, and the store manager will give me credit. Which basically means I feel like I just got ripped off. I’m sure when I go in the store manager will have no clue what is going on. I don’t even know when I’ll be able to get in. But I hope when I do. Hasshan, Who I was told is a store manager, will know what to do. It’s so annoying trying to do the right thing and having nobody else do it.I wish the delivery kid would’ve counted, and I wish the store would’ve paid attention to what was in the order.???

I went in for their free turkey coupon that I received after spending over $300 to get a turkey for a family in need and even though the coupon didn't specify what kind of butterball turkey and ONLY excluded organic, the store refused to honor it and told me I had to call the higher ups. Upon call the higher ups they told me that all they could do was note it to be more specific next time around. So you left a family in need without a turkey because you all wanted to pass the buck.

Worst experience. I've been to many stores before but never saw anyone being so rude. I went up to a lady named "ANGELA" at customer desk for enquiry abt a jacket and she was so rude. She asked me to wait for sometime and after very long she came and ignored. Neither she attended me nor cleared my doubt. I don't understand why people hire such candidates. WORST STAFF.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Thee ABSOLUTE WORSE STORE TO SHOP AT!!!!! Poor management. Nobody knows anything about the coupons or deals going on within the store. Everyone hates working their I can tell on their face and they NEVER have enough cashier's. Where are the cashier's going? Why are they leaving? These are questions that need answers. If I'm gonna cash myself out I want to be compensated for doing so. I don't get paid to cash myself out and give myself great customer service. DO BETTER BJ'S

First visit in almost a year. I'm having mobility issues so I need an electric cart and there was one available. It had a key, I was unfamiliar with how to get it started and the person posted at the door tried but didn't know either. I was only able to walk a few aisles before I had to go to the checkout. As I was leaving I saw a whole area full of carts that did not work. It was a shame because I had to go around the corner to Walmart to finish my shopping.

I'm giving a one star due to the rude Woman that works in OMNI she has short blonde hair, petite, and where's glasses. She's very rude and doesn't pay attention to what she's doing when navigating the cart they take out to complete orders. I was standing in line at the front door waiting for my receipt to be checked and I was bumped in the rear end with the cart that they use to take out people's orders, she was in a conversation with another customer and I turned around and I said " Well ,excuse me!" And she turned and looked at me, rolled her eyes, and continued her conversation with the other customer. Didn't apologize or acknowledge that she bumped with the cart and once out the door kept on going like nothing happened. She needs to be paying more attention to where she's going with that cart before she hits someone that's not going to be so nice about it. I hope that she receives some kind of re-training on how to properly distance herself from customers while she's using transfer cart to take out orders. Other than that my experience throughout the store was great! That experience leaving the store wasn't as great but people make mistakes and I just wish she would have apologized for bumping me in the rear end with her cart. I hope she apologizes to the next customer if it happens again.

BJs Sheridan and Niagara Falls blvd. Are we going to conclude that you dont have any more cashiers? Well, there are too many open self checkout but there should be someone right there to assist customers! I saw too many customers frustrated just like me, with none around, to help out! I slid my coupons where they were asked and sure enough they were not applied now it is 11$ reap off! You are making us buy bundled up items so next time i will make sure somebody scans my coupons and yeah let everyone know that you dont have none in there to assist thus, no customer service!?

If you plan on having someone cash you out forget it they don’t offer this service anymore….. prices have gone up sure but when you have a cart full of products and have to cash your self out I find it very hard to understand why I pay to shop here!?

Usually I am highly satisfied with everything Bj's, but today I stopped for gas: large sign and top of Gas pump $3.30 per gallon but lower part says $3.35, so when I get my 10 cents off, I get charged $3.25 instead of $3.20. Guy outside can't do anything about it, I called customer service and was informed I would need to return to the store. I was already in the store once, and due to MS could not walk back into the store yet again.

If I could give 100 negative stars I would. I ordered on the BJ's app and I ordered coffee , coffee filters and salmon filets. I didn't find out until later that they use door dash, and they notified me that they were out of filters and salmon and offered substitutes that weren't even close to what I ordered so declined. There was no way to cancel the rest of order and I wasn't about to pay 36 dollars for just coffee. After 2 hours being passed around between BJ'S and door dash. I finally just googled the store and called there. They finally canceled the order however not until they charged my card and informed me the refund will not processed for 2 business days. This whole experience has been a complete mess. I will never use them again.

They don't answer their phones, in any department. I waited over 30 mins and finally someone picked up... then hung up without saying a word. I listened to the same 30 sec recorded promotion for travel enough times to recite it word for word.

If I could give 0 stars or even negative I definitely would. I mean between their non-existent curbside pickup that could use an abundance of improvement to the parking lot and customer service. I'd say management needs to evaluate how this particular club is run. I would rather drive to Canada and go to Costco than to continually spend my money here with this company ( honestly).

I've been a member of BJ's for over 20 years, and never really had a bad experience. They have a very good tasting rotisserie chicken.
