I am currently 6 1/2 months pregnant so I find myself frequenting Buy-Buy baby and I just had the most helpful experience with Makayla today! She is extremely knowledgeable on products within the store, and just all in all so helpful with a great attitude. I also had a great experience the week prior with Chrissy. I ordered my entire nursery room set, and I am so very excited for it to come!

Went to the Niagara Falls Blvd store to order nursery furniture....Mikayla was so very helpful, patient and caring in making sure we were able to special order the items that were not in stock....The two managers were also very courteous and helpful.....and when we went to check if we could get a price adjustment because the collection was now 20% off they made sure that we received the discount and also made sure that it wouldn't change our backorder time frame. Everyone was awesome!!!!!

The store feels and looks like a second hand store. I’m not convinced it isn’t. Everything is horribly displayed. More isn’t always better and that rings true with this store. Everything looks cheap and used. Shoes are in bins for customers to search through! It is like garage sales shopping. I understand we are to be frugal but this is a baby store, it’s time to spoil the kids and new parents. Get with it Rochester merchants, help make it a good experience a time to dream baby store! . I’m very disappointed that I can not find a good quality baby store in Monroe County, please help!

I'm sorry you're closing but 20 to 50 % just doesn't cut it. How about 60 to 80% you're literally trying to squeeze money out of people. No wonder you're closing . . Lmaooo and the stuff isn't all that cute

Awful customer service experience. I wish I could give zero stars.I went to the store to ask for help because I couldn't get the 20% coupon online. I think there's something on the website that wasn't working properly that day. When I talked to the first associate I saw after roaming the store for 20 mins (name was Betsy) I was received with:1. an attitude like I was an inconvenience. I had to repeat "excuse me" to call for her attention 3 times before I got her to talk to me.2. she interrupted me to tell me the coupon takes 48 hours to get to my emailWhen I asked if they had any other discounts available that day she looked for another worker to see if she knew. The response was "we don't keep coupons here". Umm I wasn't asking for a coupon. I asked for any available discount. Again, they both were interrupting me when I tried to explain my problem with the website.After some tries I gave up and said well, I can't buy it without a discount, and left the store empty handed. Their loss....It just looks like they don't even know how their coupons work. The 20% off coupon on a single item doesn't take 48 hours to get to your inbox, it is supposed to get to you right away and then you have 48 hours to use it. I know this because later that day I tried again and it worked this way.I guess they don't train in customer service anymore.

This store is a ghost town! With their fantastic customer service! HA HA NOT! I would give no stars for this store. Everyone is so arrogant and rude when you ask a question. I m never shopping here again.

Horribly call-in customer service. Store employees are great, however, corporate really needs to call their own customer service dept to see how awful it is. I've opened 6 tickets over 4 months to fix issues with my Rewards Plus Account. Still not fixed. So frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm honestly astonished by the atrocious customer service. My dresser arrived poorly packaged and thus damaged. They wanted me to keep it for just a small discount. When I said a greater discount or replacement would be needed, they scheduled someone from their delivery team to collect the original dresser without communicating anything about it to me. That delivery crew let themselves into my locked, private building (followed someone in) and took the dresser without saying a single word to me. While they scheduled this part, they never bothered to schedule a replacement shipment. When I reached out about the fact that the dresser was removed from my home without communication, they tried to tell me (in writing) that the dresser was not picked up for return! Thank goodness we have security cameras and could prove it.After a lot of back and forth, they claimed a replacement would ship... about a month after they took the first one back. (Even though their website said I could just order a new one to arrive sooner than the new ship date???)When the new dresser finally arrived, it was just as poorly packaged and damaged. Running out of time before our due date, so this time I accepted the small discount and said I'd keep the dresser. A week later, my security system was going off - they had scheduled the new dresser for pickup/ return!!! The same delivery crew had once again gotten into the building and they were trying to remove another piece of boxed furniture that I had delivered from elsewhere- said they thought it was the dresser. Thankfully, I was able to tell them to stop over the security camera.What the actual heck, guys??Between this experience and the fact that everything is out of stock every other week, I recommend listing your registry elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience. We were shopping for 2 car seats. The Greco 4ever dxl. An 700 dollar purchase. I received a 20% off coupon in my account. I tried to use online and it would not work. I called the store for assistance because the week prior the store told my husband we would be able to use a coupon on this exact car seat. I talked to a lady at the store and she confirmed this to be true. I brought my 1 year old to the store, ready to order. The manager informed me this is not true and there was nothing they could do. First, why are you employees not properly informed. Second, your a manager there is something you can do and you chose not to. His name was John. I will now make my $700 purchase at Target. I now realize why there is 1 BuyBuy Baby left in Buffalo.

Terrible! An employee went out to my car to look at my car seat and said it wouldn’t be good for a child over 40lbs, so I bought a new one. I was with my mother, who also bought one. They wouldn’t fit in the trunk, so one of their employees took them out of the box to make them fit. I later looked at my old car seat and it is safe for a child up to 90lbs. I went to return the one I bought and the manager was sooooo rude. She basically told me I was lying. Well, I wasn’t, and I’m never shopping there again.

My wife just tried to return a car seat and was basically a liar by your staff. Not everyone is trying to scam people. Some people get bad advice from store employees and purchase the wrong item. Never shopping here again.
