“What an absolute train wreck!! The nerve of that unlady like staff, to call me and yell in an inconsiderate manner at me on phone call back, in regards of my interest to get a job for Carpet Smart. Don't deal with that store, she's sounds most rude lady out there. (Unprofessional!!!)”

“Flooring expert, Chad, turned me into a “Daydream Believer” with my new Dream Weaver (carpet). He compared a quote I received from a larger competitor to furnish our basement and was able to expedite the process between purchase to install. The basement looks so dreamy that we decided to impose a no shoe policy in the house. Thanks again, Chad!!!!”
