Took 4 white shirts and one rugby and one dress pants. Shirts don’t even look clean. Understand I asked for next day but if it needs more work or you can’t clean it to customers liking don’t charge extra smh

Had 3 winter jackets dry-cleaned and stored for the summer. The clothing articles were cleaned to our satisfaction, but the customer service we received is where the problems came in. First of all, the individual who first called us to let us know that the items were ready was very rude. She seemed to dislike the day that we wanted to pick the items up (which was approximately 1 week). After that, they were calling us twice a day to “remind us” of the items to be picked up after we told them what our intentions were. It seems like there’s a total breakdown in communication amongst their staff. Plus, their attitude has gotten worse. They used to be highly reputable, but not anymore. I would not recommend them.
