I've lived at Deer Lakes for 5 years now and love it! The management is super friendly and maintenance crew is quick to respond. The location is convenient and close to a lot of things, yet it is also a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you have a dog, you are going to love the lake and how walkable the community is.

We recently moved into Deer Lakes Apartments. The apartment is very clean and has a great layout with ample storage and closets. The grounds are well kept. The property manager is very responsive and efficient. It is very peaceful and the lake is beautiful. We are very happy here.
