Took over 10 minutes to get curbside pickup for a bike that was supposed to be assembled and tested. Brakes weren't connected, pedals needed to be tightened, and the front wheel spokes had to be trued. A huge safety concern... Edit: I addition, the bearings are shot and the reflectors were never even installed... They're just missing. Will be returning and never purchasing a bike from here again. No safety check was done on this bike before sending it out. This is the type of thing that could kill a kid... Shameful.

Got these beanies on sale for my son. The store was confusingly disorganized. To find
the desired items I had to make few rounds and the staffs were literally following my moves like they see an alien. I felt discriminated.

I waited for 12mins for curbside pickup. When I called the store Daryl answered and was very apologetic and stated he would bring it right out himself. When he arrived, he apologized again, stated that the store just got super swamped and he just came off his break to bring me my items. Daryl then handed me a $25 Dicks Sporting Goods gift card along with my items for the inconvenience. Daryl is a great employee!!!!! Thank you Daryl

Prices are absolutely outrageous. Had a $60 gift card and the selection was very limited on what you could buy with it. $75 for a buffalo bills hoodie that looks like it was bought at a garage sale. $60-85 for casual sweatpants is absolutely ridiculous. Even the Buffalo bills Josh Allen iron on Jersey was $130, that should be no more than $50. Complete rip off. You’re better off ordering from a different website or going to another sports store. Do not recommend for any sporting goods needs.

90% clothes
Thought maybe I'd save myself the aggravation of dealing with the Galleria, only discover this is a glorified clothing store. Minimal actual "sporting goods" peppered along the edges. Why does this store/location even exist?
If you're looking to browse and be able to make a decision on something you need related to SPORTING GOODS, avoid this store.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup today and was notified promptly that the order was ready. Upon arrival, I parked in a designated spot and my order was out to me within seconds. Cant ask for better service than that.
