The prices are very expensive, some simple heels that you go to Burlington and they are cheaper, you go to SHEIN and I found the same ones for $24 when at DSW they are $60

They have a shoe donation program. Be sure to only donate 1 pair per visit. That's how the credit works. Every 2nd donation you get 5 bucks on your rewards account.
They don't do military discount, aafes for me then, no tax.

Shoe selection is strangely limited in styles. If you want standard ballet flats, your standard sandal, or your standard bootie… you will find them here. If you’re looking for unusual, ethnic, modern, or just funky… look somewhere else.

Lots of shoe options. First time visiting you get 20% off which was nice. The prices are good and I’ll be coming back here the next time I need new shoes
