I am reporting on two visits. The first was for four new tires. It took 3.5 hours and they were closing up as I was leaving. The problem was that the car had “gone to sleep” and until it woke up the needed electrical adjustments could not be made. I had never heard of such a thing and none of the staff could explain it. I believe the work was done well but given the original estimate of time (an hour or less), I was frustrated with the wait and lack of understandable rationale. $50 was deducted from the bill as a courtesy.
The second visit was for diagnosing and repair a tire that was losing air. This was on a different car. It took an hour and went smoothly.
I should add that prior to these visits we had regularly used Dunn and will continue.

I would like to recognize Mercedes at the Sheridan location. She provides excellent customer service, is friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend because of her!

I got an emergency flat tire on way home from work. Thankfully I was only a quarter mile from your Sheridan location. Needed to special order tire, picked up my car Monday 8AM!

Brought my wife’s car in to get a tire repaired. It was repaired and paid only a minimal amount. Friendly staff.

They had the tires I wanted in stock, when many shops did not. That said, I was told to make an appointment to minimize wait time. I did just that, and I showed up for my appointment 20mins early. After sitting for over 90 minutes and realizing my car still hadn't moved, I asked if it was going to be much longer, and how much longer. They offered to remove the alignment check to make it go faster, which I declined. A few minutes later, an Employee offered to call me an Uber, which I definitely appreciated.
I waited 2 hours after my appointment time and my car still wasn't touched, which is definitely long.

I have had great results every time I take my vehicle to Dunn Tire and appreciate the great work they do! I am glad that I can take my Jeep to a place I can trust!

if zero stars was an option, that's what they would get, and that would still be too high ! DO NOT GO HERE!! Broke studs off new wheel hubs, didn't do the work asked and overcharged for everything. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Terrible terrible service and had car 7 hours to only change tires. Overbooked even though I had appointment a week in advance.

These guys are really rock as the name represents their company I went on Tuesday for a headlight plastic cover issue met with one of the nice employees They assisted me and I told them the issue and went today and they took me in and had the cover taken out and installed it.
Very professional and a good place to take your vehicle.
