I rented a car from this location I had a little situation. The escape they gave me had a problem so I had there towing come tow it. Then I went to a location near my house in Hamburg. They gave me car that the wheel alignment was bad. So I went to the location on main street and they gave me a Toyota that smelled like marijuana and holes in the seat and did not do a walk through with me. I still took the car because they had no other car for me and it was better then the Sentra they gave me driving wise. But now I returned the Toyota back to the Hamburg location and they said there were damages to the vendor on the driver side. I promise there was nothing I did it was there from before. Because I left out of town and use to my other truck and left the Toyota parked and as soon as I got back I returned it. So I asked for pictures because they didn’t do a walk through when they gave me the car. They sent me only pictures of the passenger not the driver side before I picked it up. Elias at enterprise at the Amherst’s location very rude and disrespectful.Telling me nothing will change and even if I go there to get a better understanding. This guy is not a good remodel for your company enterprise. Please if anybody in hire management please contact me.

I was set up a reservation by progressive, I was given a confirmation number. I showed to pick up the car and was told they have no cars. They claim they attempted to call me , I received no call. When I asked if you contacted me where's the voicemail, he said he expects if they call, that you call back and no need to leave a VM. ?? A lil Shady , yes. The insurance then called all other rental companies in the area and informed me that there appears to be a shortage in the area due to demand. So it appears enterprise was able to get a better buck for the car reserved for me than the insurance company would of paid. They never contacted the insurance company to tell them there was an issue. Extremely poor customer service and overall business practice. I got a shoulder shrug!
In regards to your response, I went to that address and was first told it was only for airport and the second time I was told the web address is only to send to the location and does not guarantee a response. Not sure why you asked me to go there they wanted no further info.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this location to rent a car. First time I came here they told me they had no more vehicles available… when I had reserved online already. Wasted my time. Second time I went I booked a one way online and when I went in they told me we don’t have any vehicles for one way. What a joke, do not waste your time coming to this location. Fix your backend and stop providing false reservation information.

The manager was friendly but everything else horrible. Brought me the car with all the windows down which didn’t seem like a red flag. I drove back to work with windows down. When I got in the car after work with the windows up it smelt like something died in there. Absolutely rancid. Have been calling for the past three days to schedule a vehicle swap and no one picks up. If it was gonna be this much a hassle I would’ve just chosen a different location. I’ll have to drive all the way back out there to hopefully get a new vehicle. If you know it smells, get it cleaned and don’t offer it to customers.

These guys are great love this location close to home I like the drop box make returning vehicles easy will rent again love they come and get u option wandering do yall ever get mini vans would love to get into one of those if possible Subaru was great on gas like the gentleman told me also suv was loaded with all the bells whistles

My experience was great the workers are very nice. The vehicle I rented was the best, I didn’t want to give it back lmao. I will definitely be going there again when I need a rental.

Horrible service. A deer took out my car so I needed a rental. The first car was smaller than what my insurance co was paying for the person behind the desk was rather short and felt like I was bothering him. The next car was bigger and woman behind the desk was polite and helpful however when I got home I couldn’t get the key out of the ignition of the 22 Camry that smelled like fruity spray covering up someone that had smoked in the car. I did all the things google suggested finally had to call enterprise for a tow truck to get it, they wouldn’t bring me another car wouldn’t take the key out of the car and said best they could do was Get me another car tomorrow: no concerns on how I’d get to work or anything. Beyond annoyed … I just want a decent car to drive till mine is fixed, asking to much? I think not!
