Never will I buy from them again, PERIOD. I bought one of the last "new" PSVR2 from them brand new from the manager himself. Box was already opened and he wouldn't even check. Got home and while setting up it was missing the game code it was supposed to come with. On top I plugged in the headset and it wouldn't even work. Tried to take it back and they wouldn't due to policy. I had to exchange it with another one at another store and they wouldn't even give me the code for the game I was missing from the other box. Another "policy" do not trust this store. I have had issues one too many times here and will never come back. Shady shady shady.

I went to sell my ps4 two controllers and couple of games to this location and they priced it at 30 cash and 60 in store credit. The guy told me the hdmi port was a little loose so he counted as broken. Two weeks earlier I had taken it to an another GameStop and everything was fine. but I was really disappointed that I didn’t get the same offer that I got before. Which was 60 cash and 80 credit.. I think I was getting ripped off big time by this GameStop so I took it back. But before he gave me the price the guy took my ID and made me sign something which didn’t seem right to me.. be aware of the fraud!!

Can’t say it was the most pleasant experience. Had purchased a PlayStation 3 here along with one controller, for old times sake of course. The controller was super buggy and beyond playable, indicator of a lack of testing properly, to which we then tried to return it for a refund or an exchange. Because they didn’t have a replacement, couldnt do, and because it was a set, no refund. Yea yea it’s a PS3 so why am I even surprised in 2024, but something of a compensation would’ve been cool. Not a recommendation to buy a new one instead. 2 stars

Cashier was weird and over asking questions about a game I wanted to trade in for in store credit. Gave me wrong information about the pro member being $20 when it’s $25. Then told me the wrong price of the trade in value. Claims that it’s different online then in-store which it isn’t. Either the cashier was new or completely incompetent.

This store is fun to visit. The staff is always fun and professional. They have nice suggestions for games when you're looking for something new.

Visited the shoe store, and I must say, the aroma of smelly shoes really adds a unique touch to the shopping experience. It's like they're trying to create a 'fragrance collection' for feet enthusiasts. Five stars for the unexpected sensory adventure!

I bought gift cards for my wife for Christmas this year because playstation plus got rid of their online subscriptions and when I asked the worker in store if you can use gamestop gift cards to buy the plus wallet funds, I was told yes and now when my wife goes there to buy it for her playstation they give her a hard time and say that it's a form of money laundering and they can't take them for it. I was never notified if it when I bought it so I guess I'm put $60. This isn't the first time I have been given a hard time about something at this gamestop and probably won't be the last.....

I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he was working all alone on Christmas Eve, and he was a rockstar. He dealt with the stupidest questions from the most clueless customer base imaginable and he never lost his good humor. I asked him how he drew the short straw, and he just shrugged it off and said “I couldn’t ask my employees to work open to close alone, but I know I can handle it”, and he was. I don’t know how GameStop promotes from within, but don’t lose this guy.

There is a boss or manager who is talking in the phone talking bad about an employee and how he only hired her because she was pretty and cute! Talking about she only gets zeros with him. Don’t shop here if you like when men talk horrible about their workers with 10 + customers in the store loud as can be.Maybe you shouldn’t have these conversations when there are customers in your store and talk bad about your employees.

Had the fat sweaty kid behind the counter tell me they had a brand new madden in store so I drove 25 minutes to their store for him to give me an open copy and tell me it’s new lol I told him I’m purchasing it for display reasons and he told me to go to the store and get a bag to put it in???and people wonder why everyone goes digital and GameStop is a failing business. He followed this up by threatening to not sell me the game!! Haha I can’t make this up!

The only thing that makes this game stop different from anywhere else in the country is the people!I've been going to them on and off for years, from finding my grandkids hard-to-find games to the midnight release of Zelda's Tears of the Kingdom.Always good people, they are a little pushy with their membership but I get what margins it makes, so no hate on them for that.

This location is not much different from all the others.They pretty much have all the same things. I saw some new stuff today that I haven't seen yet, and I really loved, like the waffle makers. They were too cute. Not really a whole lot to say. If you've been in one GameStop, you've been in them all. The two employees were very nice. Matty got a good discount on his new controller for Nintendo Switch.Parking is not fun here .The place was empty today, so that was really good. We were taken care of right away and since there's never much room to walk around in to begin with, having no one there, made it a much better experience.
