A large selection of plants still available BUT they are all in need of water and TLC. Very sad looking anddry plants. Some marked down but most are not. Register and doors in the garden center were closed until nearly 9am on a Sunday. Come on Home Depot - hire some Garden Center employees. This is WNY - we have such a short gardening time in this area.

Ask a clerk where a tree rap was she pointed over to where they kept lawn edging and said if not there we don't have any don't even think she had no idea what I was talking about or cared. The only up side to my visit was the free hot do

Wanted to share an experience my wife & I had @ the HD on NFBlvd in April this year. We went through the garden area for mulch & even though she worked primarily in the paint department, Karina M. assisted us with some mulch. Then we had more questions & whom was working customer service, again Karina M. She once again helped us & saw us through to the check out. We went back to HD for another project & whom was working in the paint department was Karina M. We picked some paint swatches & thanked her & she took me to the garden department again that evening to show me some products of interest. This young woman is an asset to Home Depot! She is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, & quick on her feet. She gave us great customer service & we felt compelled to let the public & her manager's know how we appreciated her expertise, patience & kindness! Thanks Karina M. GREAT JOB!!!!!
