This GNC has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not one to leave horrible reviews, because I know how much it can impact a company, however, this service deserves a very negative rating. I walked in to this store and was surprised to be asked if I needed anything by a young adult male, as every other time I have gone in there I was ignored until I asked something first. He is the reason they even get ONE star. His coworker, a much older woman that seemed to think she was so cool for working at a GNC (LOL) gave me the most attitude I have EVER experienced from a customer service worker. She was so rude and nasty and very unhelpful, and all I asked was about the rewards program. She treated me like I was the dumbest person on earth for not knowing what the workers only know about the rewards program. She rudely corrected everything I said, without explaining to me anything about this program or how it works. Now, I have worked in customer service for quite some time, and I have had my fair share of bad days, however, I would HOPE I would be fired if I EVER treated a customer as poorly as she treated me. You could not pay me to go back into that GNC. Like I said, I never leave a bad review, but I have been rubbed the wrong way every time I have entered this store, and this one experience just sent me over the edge. Needless to say, I QUICKLY left and gave my business to The Vitamin Shoppe across the street, and it was 100% worth it. I will never give another dime to that GNC.

Customer sevice was extremely helpful and offered really good options for my needs. I didn't catch the name of the man that helped me, but it was on jan 11 during the afternoon. I hope that he gets a kudos from his team, he's great!

Staff was terrible around 11am 9/26. Just sat on his phone near by and couldn’t even tell for sure if he worked there until I went to the counter and he started to check me out. Didn’t know how to use coupons either and was rude about it. I’ll just shop online or start looking at vitamin shoppe

Store was a randomly closed in the middle of the day with a sign that says “will return at 4:00pm” it’s 4:30 and the door is still locked. Figure it out

Went to the store at opening time on Tuesday 8/6 - doors are locked no one was there in the store. Went again at 11:30 still no one. No sign on door saying they are closed. 🤦🤷

One staff member just likes to randomly close shop whenever he feels like it, another talks to you like you’re slow while giving you wrong information you didn’t ask about. Whoever the hiring manager was hired a bunch of buffoons who have no credibility. I always end up at vitaminshoppe after, and it’s like day vs. night

I’ve come here multiple times during business hours when the kids working just aren’t here. They’ll show up after it’s supposed to be open or be gone completely (see photo), which is really annoying.

General Nutrition Centers, is the Perfect place to fill all of your vitamin,supplement and protein needs. This is one of the smaller sized locations we visit. The size of this store makes it less intimidating, when looking for products.Our favorite brands to find at GNC is Ghost and Alani Nu!

Great staff and honest customer service. The sales team helped me based on my fitness and wellness goals. They helped with day to day supplements for living a healthy lifestyle. They weren’t pushy at all. Thank you staff for helping me with daily nutrition supplements and goal meeting supply
