There's not much to say about the store; everything seems expensive. You can get your lawn mower or snowblower repaired, but you have to bring it to the store.

Had my blower tuned up at the Niagara Falls Blvd. location, and I also wanted the wheels removed, because I could not (they've been on for too long). They tried, but gave up because it's too difficult, and "A front axle can be very expensive". Fine, it should never be an issue anyways. Now, one wheel is so crooked, it pulls right, making it too hard to track straight. They told me it could take $100's to fix. I said I already paid $120, and I'm worse off than before. They agreed that I'm screwed. Don't you be.

I came in with a Toyota key that I needed to be copied. The man at the desk said that he could do it and then took my key and ruined my key. I asked him if he could do anything to help me out since I paid $50 for the key and he proceeded to start yelling at me. I needed him to say that he couldn't cut the key before he cut the key. Now I am out $50 and have to start over. It was such a disappointing experience.
