“I was so impressed with your sales representative “Adam” who went over the top in helping us replace one of our nightstands due to damage that we unfortunately caused. The nightstands were originally purchased from Raymour 18 months ago. We’ve purchased other furniture from Raymour in the past and have always been satisfied with the service received. I called the store to see if we could purchase a replacement nightstand and was told by the store rep at the time that it was no longer available. So for the next several days my husband and I discussed how to remedy this problem including hiring a furniture refinisher to fix the damaged piece. But just for the heck of it, I went on the Raymour website, and there was the nightstand we needed! The website indicated that there were 7 available. I immediately called the Amherst store and had the pleasure of speaking with “Adam”. I mentioned that I had called the store the week before and told him about the response I got. Adam had the diplomacy and decency to say that the other rep was likely not at fault because the system may not have updated stock availability at that time. He helped us thru the order process, delivery process, and continued to follow up to make sure that we were satisfied with the whole transaction. If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam is a credit to your firm.”

“My first time ever going to an At Home store and actually first time ever hearing of one, had to go for a work assignment, but im glad I did get the chance to go. The experience introduced me to a great store that is right up my alley. I love home goods and I’m such a home body however I find many similar stores to be over priced, but At Home has really great expensive looking items for a bit less than others, without loosing any of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised by their inventory and to be honest wanted to stay all day and look at everything they had which is a lot, the store is huge! Also I had a really pleasant experience with the person who cashed me out for the items I got, they were easy to talk to, helpful, and genuinely friendly which is very hard to come by now a days and to be honest for me that will make or break my impression of a business, idc how much I like your items or how popular you are, if you don’t make me feel comfortable, wanted, or valued I will not ever purchase your goods or recommend to anyone else to do so. I didn’t have that experience here, it was a pleasure to have gotten acquainted with their brand, and I hope there are many more times I will have the pleasure to visit their store or buy something from them.”
