Extremely filthy! Customer service is rude with attitudes. Zero Stars !! 00 There is an awful smell from the customer service desk to about around aisle 5 hard to pinpoint but I think Body Odor from the desk.

This store has great customer service. Kenneth went above and beyond to help me measure and cut wood. He had great advice and was very kind. If you ever need crown molding or lumber cut ask for Kenneth !

Of our own experience, we appreciate all the professional courtesy and time this man invested with our kitchen appliance order, and a washer order added the next day. Terry B is one of the nice men who is an outstanding representative for this particular store. For kitchen and bath orders/design, we recommend Terry B.

I went to Home Depot to purchase 25 ft of 14 2 romex which is now in a locked display to prevent shoplifting. After finding an associate to get it for me I was treated like a potential thief and escorted to the checkout and not allowed to touch it until I ran my credit card.I needed some other electrical items for my project that I bought elsewhere.

This Home Depot is a joke…they approved me for a credit card back in early 2022, randomly after receiving multiple digital receipts and statements they for whatever reasson sent my credit card info and credit info with my full name to the wrong address.. they have now in November 2024 canceled my car due to “inactivity” even tho I have made multiple purchases on my card at this location.. after speaking with a manager I was told “we can’t do anything for you contact your credit provider and request a new social security number” when I tell you hands are going to be thrown I am not playing even a little bit. Anyone that wants a show.. be at Home Depot on December 1st at 9am at the pro desk.
