Went over to New York for some shopping with daughter and friends we stayed at Home2 Hilton and I was greeted so nicely by Anthony we asked to see the rooms so Sally took us to see a couple, they were amazing!! There was a bit of trouble trying to book a room that’s why I gave a 4 star because it took just over an hour to book but we did want joining rooms and for some reason it was not happening but eventually Anthony and Sally managed to get us joining rooms, we did want two queen beds in each room but one had a king which was ok I didn’t mind sharing with my daughter, then in the morning Sally greeted us with a friendly hello at the continental breakfast and good advice on restaurants in the area. Beds were comfy and rooms were huge and clean you definitely get what you pay for plus the hotel was close to all the shopping we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. Prices are a bit steep but for one night not a problem, now I only say steep because after converting $147 to Canadian we paid $193 for one night, glad we got the senior discount which took about $20 off. Thank you Anthony and SallyRooms: Clean and comfortable beds, could not believe how big the rooms were with a pull out bed in couch but never pulled the bed outNearby activities: Close to stores to shop and a few restaurants, Tim Hortons right across the street which is always convenientSafety: I didn’t feel in danger at any time and I believe someone was at the desk but I didn't go to lobby at night but during the day it seemed good, people who stayed were quiet and it was good to know there were cameras and parking was well litWalkability: Close to Tim Hortons across the road

Stayed here on a whim aftering being at Niagra falls. Room was a little awkward being long and skinny. People in hallway were easily heard walking and running up and down the halls. Sliding door to bathroom was a pain as my youngest kept opening and closing it and not being able to lock the bathroom was weird. The rooms is set up for 4-6 people and that would have been pretty tight with the room being long and skinny. Room was clean, linens clean and a ailable for sofabed. Dishwasher and fridge clean and fridge was cold. Bathroom was clean and toiletries full. Only issue in our room was the outlets. Outlets were either crooked, installed with gaps or very dirty, especially the dishwasher/garbage disposal switches. All minor issues and typical for the rating of the hotel. Good stay and accommodated our family of 6 for our overnight stay

Stayed 2 nights and was pleased with my stay. Full hot and cold breakfast. See the photos. You could make your own waffles too. Rooms were clean, bathroom looked really nice. The shower had to be cleaned again though. Looks like it was barely cleaned. Shower head needed cleaning as well as the floor of the shower. That didn't dissuade me from recommending this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there. There's a Papa Johns pizza right next door too!! A huge plaza is right across from the hotel within walking distance. Target, chipotle, star bucks, Applebee's, etc. Their small fitness center was clean and nice. They provide laundry machines free for use. You have to bring your own detergent which I will remember to do so next time I visit. I saw somewhere that this is a 2 star hotel but I think that's not accurate. This place was a 3 to a 4 at best. Staff was friendly from every shift. Also, the room I stayed in had a full kitchen minus a stove. Big fridge, silverware, plates. This place was worth the price. Highly recommended!

The Rooms are recently updated, and a very good size! The staff is not only extremely friendly, but very efficient! It was my first stay at this location, but I felt like I was an old friend being welcomed home! The hotel is very clean, and there's always fresh coffee! Amazing place if you like to shop, tons of stores around within walking distance!Rooms: Updated rooms. Smart tvs (live tv, Netflix ect)Nearby activities: Tons of shoppingFood & drinks: Breakfast daily with many choices! Seems to be the Hilton Standard! Snack shop on location(a little overpriced but convenient when in a pinch)Noteworthy details: Free breakfast for every guest!

The rooms with its own kitchenette is a plus when travelling with a kid, it’s spacious. You’ll hear doors when its closed at night as the doors are pretty heavy and sturdy, the floors are not noise proof so you might hear people walking above. Inclusive breakfast in the morning was also great. The location is near the stores that we visited. Housekeeping does sound that they are shouting at each other but it did look like a friendly funny conversation ?

My wife and I got relocated here from Texas for her job and they had to set up a hotel for us till we found a house, So we ended up staying from 12th till the 30th. Everything from the breakfast to the rooms to the people, were wonderful. Shout out to Kristen and Natasha, those ladies made us feel so welcome. They helped with any questions we had and went above and beyond there job to help us. Laura is hands down the best house keeper EVER! Everyday we saw how hard working ALL the employees are and how hard they work to make this place nice. Thank you guys seriously, from the bottoms of our hearts for making this move a little easier on our hearts and mind. Also thank you for letting our fur babies live there best life in your amazing hotel. We will hold on to these memories forever and the people here just made it better. Again THANK YOU ALL!Rooms: Rooms were clean and loved the kitchenette!Food & drinks: So many places to walk to from this location. Food, drinks, shopping!

I stayed here because it is a pet friendly hotel and I came with a dog. The staff at this location were not only attentive but friendly throughout my stay. i recommended this location to several family and friends if they know someone who is seeking a pet friendly hotel.

We were in town for our anniversary and originally booked at the Red Roof Inn. We didn't even have to walk into our room to know we couldn't stay there..so last minute (on the way to Home2 Suites) we booked a couple nights here instead. Check-in was easy and we were surprised by the hotel amenities. The breakfast had lots of options, there was a pool, fitness center, laundry, large patio with fire tables, and even two grills. Our room had a good-sized fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, plenty of plates, and portable stoves by request. It clearly is geared toward longer-term stays, but we enjoyed our two nights here. We would definitely be back and consider this hotel for longer-term stays.

Edited to add: after looking at other reviews it seems pretty common for housekeeping to just walk in your room like it’s no big deal. Or to give your room key to other guests. If you have safety concerns or traveling alone/with children I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.Around 7:30am we heard someone swipe a key to our door while we were getting ready for the day. The person opened the door and said “oh!” And shut the door. I was unsure who it was because they immediately got on the elevator. I called the front desk concerned that someone just walked into my room (we have small children). She told me it was no big deal, it was housekeeping. I expressed that nobody knocked on our door nor did they announce themselves. The lady I spoke with told me that the housekeeper has worked here for years and she did announce herself and knocked twice. I would have ignore this however the employee told me I was wrong. I know for certain they did not knock nor announce themselves and I told her that. She again said the lady DID knock. I’m unsure how she would know this since she was not there and it was my room that was walked into. I asked to speak with a manager and nobody ever contacted me back. They also said that they had no record of us checking into the hotel however confirmed that we had a card swiped on file the day before. It’s unacceptable that when someone calls with a concern they are told they are lying. After she told me that the lady announced herself and knocked multiple times I asked if they would confirm that with the camera since they did not believe my concerns. I literally have no reason to lie about it. I simply wanted to be sure that I was safe in my room with my children and notify them that someone had my room key and I was told I was lying. Honestly a terrible way to start our vacation. Also never received that call from the manager about the concerns I had with being told I was lying. The entire experience is asinine.

Absolutely loved the room and the hotel. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Waffles, cereal, sausage biscuits some fruit.Pool is a fair size. Definitely chlorinated!Would be 5 stars but why in the world do you have people having sex on the TV at 8 am when small children and families are trying to eat breakfast? Unbelievable! And we did have housekeeping walk into our room at 830 am while we were still inside. That was weird. She knocked twice and just walked in.Rooms: Our room was very clean.

It was close to a lot of things and was right off the high way which made things nice. The weekend we stayed was very busy but everyone seemed nice and was worth the price. We stayed in a room with a mini kitchen which was great with kids.

Our room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Here is a list of the what we experienced:*There were ants in our room.*Unwashed dishes in the dishwasher from the previous guest.*Toothpaste drips from a previous guest on the shelf next to our towels.*Three spots where food was crusted into the carpet.*Noticable fingerprints, smudges, and drips on the cabinets. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. There were not enough blankets for the pull out couch bed.Overall, a very unenjoyable experience. I will not be staying at a Hilton again.

We enjoyed the hotel’s amenities and close proximity to Niagara Falls. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. The walls between the rooms are thin so if your group or your neighbors are talking and enjoying your trip, everyone can hear. We had an issue with one staff member but it was handled by management. Everyone else was kind and helpful.
