I went this morning to buy Arizona jeans. Unfortunately, they had the whole display taken down and what looked to be scattered around. I'm just going to re-gift my gift card and go to Khols. You change shelves and all during shopping hours?

The customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional. I was trying to exit the mall, but the doors were locked. I happened to see a staff member running toward the main door with keys in her hand, so I politely asked her if she was opening the door for people to exit. Instead of simply responding that she wasn’t opening the door, she just started screaming at me. Her demeanor became just loud and unnecessarily hostile. There was a clear lack of basic communication skills and a failure to uphold even the most basic customer service standards.

If you want to buy Christmas decorations 3 months early, head over to JCP. If you want clothes for the season that started a week ago, go somewhere else. I couldn't believe how small the girls clothing section was. Plus the bathroom is half broken. I went to a JCP a couple years ago and there were SO MANY dresses for my daughter to choose from, so I was disappointed to waste my time looking at this store yesterday and finding nothing for her to try on.

The customer service of the store is so annoying. They don’t care about customers .
Some of them seems like they are have no minimum respect towards customers even they can easily say * you can leave the store . I mean this is ridiculous. Management should over look

Went for a mattress court. Would have purchased a set of sheets for a girl. No twin sets on display.

Store was neat and tidy but the only employees on the floor were working the registers, saw nobody to assist me in my search the whole 20 minutes l was there.

I have been shopping at JC Penney’s for years. When you buy clothing, you can count on good quality , lasts beyond other brands. They have very nice home decor. The salon is great and Stacey at the salon is amazing, she’s been my stylist for a long time. I give the store five stars.

It was an absolute nightmare trying to get my 14-year-old out of the house to buy a NICE outfit for his upcoming banquet. Thank GOD for Barbara, an extremely helpful sales associate here! Her expertise allowed us to find a perfectly fitting outfit — Including a belt, socks, and shoes!!! My son actually wanted her schedule to know that she will be there if we ever need to come back for a similar situation, haha :). THANK YOU BARBARA- JC Penney has us as a customer now because of you.
