Disgusted at the way the tellers handle someone coming in there to cash a check. I did some roof work for someone saved them a whole hell of a lot of money and was paid in a check. Go in to cash it and I’m being labeled as someone I’m not glad I mostly deal with northwest bank.

Have always had bad experince with this company, espically online, i will be leaving key bank soon, permanately i would NOT trust them with my money

Teller doesn't know how to answer questions, and basically gave up helping me because she couldn't figure out how to print off a copy of a deposited check. I was also depositing a check and she told me to see the other teller just to have that done. I asked the second teller who I need to go to next for copies of my paperwork and she asked me again what I was there for...the other teller had to ask her before she sent me. Poor service and a waste of my time.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I deposited a check I received from the treasury department on 2/12/21. Which I confirmed with treasury that it cleared on 02/16/21. As of today I have no access to my account for the foreseeable future because they are investigating whether or not they are going to continue banking relationships with me. The only response I get from the branch manager Chris is that he can't help me because it is not his job. Even though everyone I have spoken to has said that he is the only one that can do anything. All I want is to be able to withdraw ALL of my funds so I can go to a different bank.

KeyBank customer service is horrible! I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM machine like I've done in the past- nothing that hasn't happened before. I must have done it at least 10 times in the past. When I could recall did I left it in the machine I would think to myself, "that's alright. I'll just go to the bank tomorrow, show them my ID to verify that it's my card, and get it back." This time was an exception. I went with conventional wisdom and decided to call Key Bank's customer service at the very instant I realized the card was stuck in the machine. Because many things were linked to that card and I knew where I misplaced it, it was unnecessary to have a new card reissued or permanently deactivate the card. I agreed with the customer service representative to put a temporary block on the card because I had so many things linked to the debit card and if I had one reissued it would be like starting all over again. As usual, my plan was to return the bank the following day, show them a photo ID, and be out the door with my debit card. I arrived at the Main and Springville branch at around 3:45 relieved I contacted customer service the previous day that would come in to pick up the card. I told the teller my name as I reach into my bag to pull out my ID, but to no avail she informed me it was already destroyed and they would have to have a new one issued. I was so infuriated, the Amherst Police Department called to ask if I was alright. I probably would have been better off not call calling them and just asking for my card the next day. I have a new slogan for "Key Bank: back-stabbing customer service you can distrust." Effective next week, I'm closing my all my accounts with Key and going to another bank. One time they didn't know where my money was. Goodbye Key!

I recently had an appointment @ this branch with Christopher ( Relationship Manager)To open a business account.During obviously a challenging time due to COVID-19.This experience was refreshing.He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient & kind.A process that took about an hour. He was clear about the time it would take.( also helpful) I choose this branch for my banking & business needs

Probably the slowest keybank iv been to. My boss goes there almost every friday and it seems like works just move along at their own slow pace. Sorry bankers...other people have stuff to do today. This is in drive thru or walking in. No sense of urgency at all.
