I used to enjoy buying things here however the quality isn't consistent or seemingly what it used to be. After wearing each of these shirts about a dozen times, the blue one had an issue at the back of the collar. The store customer service said we can't do anything it's outside of the warranty window. For a shirt that cost $80 it would be nice if it lasted and / or perhaps a discount code towards replacing it if you won't do a warranty replacement. Definitely feels like an opportunity for the business to do better.

I went in here today, 18th of November, and was trying to find an outfit for my broadway show tomorrow and was immediately being followed around the shop by one of their employees. At first i thought nothing, but after purposely moving to different spots to see if they'll follow, they sure did as they kept high watch on me. Just as I was about to make a purchase because I found an outfit I liked, I was being hassled and asked if I'd like them to hold my products as if I can't hold it myself. Because of that topping the cake, I decided to leave the outfit and walk out and went elsewhere to find an outfit. If you don't like being tailgated constantly as you shop, I highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone! I tried on several different styles and sizes of boots which was so helpful finding the perfect fit. That’s all I planed on buying, but also grabbed a pair of fleece lined pants that are probably the most comfortable pair of pants I’ve ever worn. And a pullover on a whim. Again, several helpful employees along the way answering questions. The most friendly staff, many thanks!

I have been here about three times for shoes, and every time I come into the store it is clean, the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about their shoes, I'm pretty picky about my shoes and how they feel, it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, and try multiple sizes and shoes. Every time I come in I never feel rushed, and they answer all my questions, I will always come here for my shoes.

Compared to other LL Bean locations, this store extremely small. The selection is limited. The fishing section in particular is disappointing. They have a small display rack in the corner near the bathroom. On the bright side the staff are friendly and helpful. If you have a return it’s easier to take it to this store than sending is back via mail.

It's like being a kid in a candy shop for outdoor lovers. I've found they have a good selection of extended sizes, like petite and plus. It was very fun to shop the clothes and gear.

Eliza and the other saleswoman are amazing.
Just came from another country and I am not sure what to buy for snow. They were very helpful and nice. Made it so easy to decide and help with everything I needed. Best service!

We stopped by this location to buy some winter gear for our son attending Buffalo UNI.
We ended up getting snow boots and a few winter sweat shirts.
The staff here is very helpful and nice.
