The place looks absolutely deserted. No one in the office and no indication of when they're going to be back. I saw on the news that there were arms dealers that were busted there. Also there was a 20 million dollar drug bust at the other location in Niagara Falls. Be careful around Extra Space. Most stores the cameras don't even work and there's a plethora of shady people there; employees included. At any location. Be careful when you store. Also pay your rent on time because before you go to auction the manager will go through your things.

It was very easy , no contact transaction. Signed up on line , downloaded the app. The next day I moved in. Had my storage area number and the authorization to open the gate on the app. My lock was waiting for me and it was all very effortlessly easy. Cheapest rate in my area to top it off ! Excellent transaction!
July 7th 2025 , three months after rental they doubled my rent !😡

John and Kazi were amazing to deal with. They took their time to explain everything to me and were very helpful. John met the at the storage unit to show it to me and explained how everything works. Working with both of them was a pleasure and I would recommend Extra Space to anyone looking to store their items and have an excellent customer service experience. The easiest 5 stars I have ever given. Thanks again!
