I don't shop at Macy's I had to return a few things and the lady I dealt with was amazing. For all you people out there you need a receipt n for you people who smoke, if they cannot resell it because of the smell they do not take it back it is their full discretion!!!! However I got to tell you the after Christmas sales in clearance was insane! Make sure you go get yours today

The hiring manager, Jill Skillern, called me for an interview for a position I applied to last year. 10 or 15 mins after interviewing me she said they weren’t even hiring and they probably wouldn’t have jobs until next year. I found that very rude and unprofessional. What was the point of calling and interviewing me?? It’s very hard to get a job right now and I don’t have time for stupid people wasting my time.

The store feels sad and neglected. There is not enough product and it is spread out to accommodate crowds that no one believes will come. Everything is in two sections too. Toys? Upstairs and down. Men's? Upstairs and down. Home? Upstairs and... wait for it... Down. I found some good deals on clearance items though. But it felt like I was taking advantage of a sick friend! Macy's, get help! You deserve better!
