Friendly, competent staff, with good suggestions. Framing was beautiful. First time experience for me. Sticker shock, even with the huge discount, but the end result is awesome, and there was no arm twisting, I made the choice. Beautiful work that enhanced a lovely hand-made piece of art.

Love the staff! They are so sweet and helpful. They go out of their way. The cashiers are very friendly and they clean after every customer. Best Michaels in the area. Dog friendly! Clean store.
