I just want to buy the spray paints. They were locked, so I pressed the button a few times for assistance. Did not get help until 20 minutes later. Then I went to self checkout counter, the device won’t let me pay cuz it need age verification, it says “A Team Member is on the way” but no one is coming for help. I’ve been standing in front of the checkout device for another 20 minutes.

I could boast about Michael’s all day. This is the most convenient location for me, this one can admittedly be a bit crowded in the center isles but it certainly never stops me. Always find what I’m looking for and self checkout is a bonus
