Very nice and polite workers. They inspected my 09 Venza and did an oil change and got me out well before I had to run to class at 12:30. I can for sure safe they are fast and on time here that’s for sure!

I have been a customer of Monro for over 20 years, using the location at Sheridan and Niagara Falls Blvd until they closed it and tore it down. I started going to Mr. Tire on Millersport as it was closer to my house than Monro and with it being owned by Monro they had all the service records for my vehicles and honored warranties etc. Things have been going well until recently.
I took my minivan in for an oil change and to have the parking brake pedal looked at because it was loose and not engaging the brake. I thought the cable might have come off the pedal mechanism. I dropped off the van first thing in the morning and around noon I had a call that it was ready. When I picked up the car I was simply cashed out, though the older tech at the counter was grousing and grumbling about other bosses he had worked for and how he makes more money working in his own shop than at Mr. Tire. I need to know this, why? Needless to say the service report was not reviewed with me.
As I read the report closely as I walked out to my car I could see nothing on the service report and bill that indicated that anything had been done about the parking brake. I went out to the car and indeed nothing had been done, it was still strapped up with a wire tie that I had put on it to keep the pedal up and not trip the idiot light on the dash.
I went back into the store and another tech came to see what I wanted. I explained about the parking brake not having been looked at so he went with me right out to the car to look. He diagnosed it as the spring in the pedal mechanism was broken and he could replace it, but he thought it was a manufacturer-specific part and not available from the third party places they deal with. He said if I got the part, he'd install it. He also said he'd try to source it and let me know, but I never received a call.
I found the part on Amazon -- the closest dealer who sells parts to the general public didn't have one. It arrived late on a Saturday and I booked in right away online for Sunday morning to have the part installed. I dropped the car off first thing when the store opened. I was told, "no problem," and "awesome" that I had obtained the part, which was left in the car.
Nothing was heard the entire day until after 4 PM when I was called and told that the repair was "going well," but needed some more time and would be ready "first thing" in the morning. OK. I was planning to leave town the next morning on a road trip, but I could work around this.
The next morning I heard nothing by 8:45 AM (they open at 7 AM on weekdays) so I called. Got the older, grumpy tech, who had no clue what I was talking about. He said he hadn't had the vehicle into the building. Marvelous. He said he'd have a look and let me know. An hour later no call so I went to the store. My car was sitting in the lot, unlocked -- makes me wonder if it was unlocked all night. I opened the door and there's the new parking brake assembly still on the floor in the back of the van. Nothing had been done with the repair!
I went into the store and asked for my key back. I was given mumbled excuses about promises made by others that couldn't be kept. I pointed out that they had had the vehicle the entire day and yet it was untouched. I left and I won't be back. Nice way to destroy a more than 20-year relationship.
I won't even get into the random email addresses that show up on my repair bills or the time I had the car in for an oil change or inspection and never heard anything all day, only to be told when I called that it had been ready for a while and a call had been made and message left on voice mail. I had been home all day and there had been no calls. Or, how when I was waiting to get my key back in this latest incident and the older woman bringing in her car for service asked for the click

Friendly, honest staff. Employees care about their customers.
Recently received a quote from them 5 times less than Monro. Think Monro employees were being dishonest about the repair.

Look at your invoice before you make your payment. They tacked on a few extras and mis-charged me for the services provided. Sad way to run a business. UPDATE: They did correct the overcharge when I went back to address it.

Don't even approach that place, unless you wanna be screamed or insulted, or wanna spend 4-5 hours for something that takes 20-30 minutes, don't even call the customer service because they are useless and will never help your problem. The other day I brought my car at 11am and I ask to check on my tires, when I came back from work at 5pm, my car was exactly at the same place I left it at 11am, so next day I brought my car again as I work 2 buildings away from that place, at 9am this time it was scheduled, the worker who got my car told that they will call me not later than 3pm, so no one called me and I came back at 5pm as I finished working and I had no place to go to, when I came in the guy who was working on my car literally screamed at me and said I have no right to came in up until they call me, I was shocked and scared because he was literally screaming...... I called the customer service immediately and the only thing they could offer to me was their apologies and they asked me to wait until my car will be ready.
That incident with a screaming worker is a NIGHTMARE and definitely doesn't respect him the place and me as a customer and a waiting time can be shorter, someone must take responsibility for it

I've been using Mr. Tire ever since I moved to Buffalo since 2016 and I've yet to be disappointed, Gage has been awesome to work with no complaints will continue to use their facility. Outstanding Service every time.

Ask for Gage! Never in decades of driving and services on my cars have I dealt with an honest employee until today! Honest and fair pricing, even tried to save me from a purchase that could be covered under warranty! At all other places, i am accustomed to either being overcharged, or even employees making up things I don't actually need/ trying to coax me into unnecessary and expensive things. I walked in a little on the defensive and was prepared to argue prices / call out any shady business practices but instead I was pleasantly surprised and never needed to do so! I cannot recommend this place enough !

I came in to get some tires put on. When I arrived for my appointment I was met by the manager. He was very unprofessional and wouldn't stop talking. There were no cars in the shop at all so I thought I would be in and out. I was wrong. It took an hour and a half to throw 4 tires on. Again I could hear swearing and slamming in the back. If you are thinking about going here please don't! This is the worst place I have ever taken my car. It should be shut down. Oh, I almost forgot, they threw my tires in my back seat without any bags. Now I have to give them a good scrub. These guys are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had some warning lights on my car and was told i needed new tires and a wheel alignment. That didn't fixed the issue and I was suppose to compensated and I didnt. Monro the parent company director was extremely disrespectful. Horrible service.
