Never seems to be any new merch on the shelves and I've been going to pay my bill and since January I've checked each time andddddd I'm like Damnnnnnnnnn , no new merch 😳😳 especially in the men's section sizes 13 - 15 !!! Absolutely no new merch . Disappointed

It gets two stars for existing, but there is no world where it is okay to refuse bathrooms to a five year old child, or to anyone in need, and especially to customers. Shameful.

Was advised by customer service to return items in store. Drove hour to store to do return items but couldn’t return expensive item that made the journey worth driving. Was told no they don’t except designer brands via return.
Also this location has permits that suggest a bathroom is to be provided to the public if accessible to employees. This location now has a employee bathroom and turned the public bathroom to a permanent non use. Hopefully you guys are aware of allys law and do not get a lawsuit for having a inaccessible bathroom and telling customers there is not one. I used the restroom here every trip now recently can’t use it. I see why Syracuse closed this one is next. Denied a return so I decided NOT to shop the clearance sale!! The money the declined to return was about $140 was going to spend $100 of it in the store lol losing money is clearly not a problem poor customer service and staff seems incompetent on nordstrom overall policy about customer service lol ill wait till i go to New Jersey to do any business with Nordstrom going forward

Not the greatest place for menswear, maybe just not my styles... Was hoping to find a pair of cargo shorts but none to be found. Weird how people say pair of shorts when they really only want one 😜 good looking store and was busy. Nobody came up to me and harassed me about 'you know what you would really look good in?' Overall not an unpleasant experience.

I am a contractor that worked onsite at this property. Had a great experience with Serrenda and Debbie. They were both super helpful and great to deal with. Store was clean and well stocked!

I must say that I was disappointed with the men’s selection of clothing as it was limited at best. My mother and wife were able to find some deals as the women had a wide range of clothing to choose from. My mother used her rewards coupon and save a a great deal on her purchases. Overall the quality of the clothes is top class.

Men’s selection has been terrible lately, they also took away the restrooms for customers. Very clean restrooms at TJ Maxx and Marshalls
