Advisor didn’t even attempt to contact my extended warranty after I mentioned not once but twice. Instead of calling and giving me any updates or letting me know what was recommended, he just texted me a novel of what he recommended. That isn’t how you form a relationship with a customer that makes them want to come back. I also got an oil change and my oil life wasn’t reset, there was no oil sticker and I don’t even know if the service was actually done or not. Overall awful experience, will not return.

I leased a Honda CR-V here in April. I went in looking for an HR-V but the price point wasn’t the best and they worked with me to get a better price with the CR-V. I had a faulty battery which I just discovered this week (months later). They were quick to get me into the dealership for service to get a new battery and everything was at no cost since it’s a lease. I’ll definitely be getting a new lease or buying after this lease is out from northtown!

I visited Northtown yesterday, my first time since my recent relocation to Buffalo. I wanted to share how amazing my experience was. Greg, the Service Advisor, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He explained everything thoroughly and asked me questions to ensure I got exactly what I needed. If he were a salesman, I would have traded in my car on the spot because I was so impressed by his sincerity.Getting my car serviced isn't always a pleasant experience. I had been going to my previous dealership for seven years because when I find a place I trust, I tend to stick with it. Let me say that Northtown has now earned that trust and will be my go-to place in Buffalo!

The whole team was amazing! My sales rep Scott Socha was great to work with and made the purchase simple. The management of Rob, Nick, Kristan and Erik was incredible, answering anything I needed. Don't hesitate, for your next new or used vehicle, go see these guys, they're the best!

It’s really unfortunate that such a talented sales department is going to be losing a lot of return customers due to the ineptitude of their service center. My experience is almost word for word as to what Evan Richards experienced (see a review left about a month ago by him).I had been experiencing months of an air pressure sensor alerting me of low tire pressure, and found myself filling my tires up weekly. After one tire going completely flat, I had two tires replaced by the closest Goodyear. Unfortunately, when I purchased this vehicle from Northtown they did not include a wheel lock key, so the wheel locks had to be stripped off.Frustrated with the constant low air pressure monitor coming on, I ended up taking it to the Northtown service center to investigate why. After leaving it their for a full day, they said they could not find the source of the issue and everything should be fine. I was elated not to stare at that low air pressure alert daily, but the problem persisted. My tires would deflate to less than 10 psi in a matter of days, but now I was not being alerted of this and had to manually check daily…Fast forward a couple weeks to my NYS inspection at Northtown Honda. I was pretty frustrated, feeling as if someone had tampered with sensors. I mean, if a car is at 3 psi and the sensors are no longer alerting you, it seemed to me like something dishonest had been done. I expressed this to Ryan, who was the one handling inspection appointment. As well as the issue with not having a wheel lock included when I purchased the vehicle. He went on to ask me if I bought it used, and I had to let him know I had purchased it directly from Northtown Honda (hence the free advertisement they have around my license plates). He explained that the previous owner must have taken it out and not put it back and I would have to purchase a new one, but they didn’t have any on hand for me. As luck would have it; I can only assume one of their dunce service team members let one roll into the parking lot and never retrieved it, so I picked it up and sure enough it fit my tire locks…one problem down.Later that day I get a call from Ryan explaining the issue of the air pressure drop was coming from corrosion of the tire rim and they had to grind it down. He continued on to let me know my car would be ready to be picked up in about an hour. Which I did. I was feeling uneasy about their service, but okay. I should have not let my guard down…upon getting the car home (not a close drive) I took a quick walk around and saw they never put my valve stem covers back on. It didn’t stop their. Using a digital air pressure monitor, I tested the tires and they had been inflated to a staggering 40 psi (32.5 is what is suggested as a safe level).I called again and Ryan had no explanation as to why my valve stem covers were missing or as to why the pressure was through the roof….Zero integrity from the Northtown Honda service team.I certainly will not be back to Northtown Honda for service ever again and unfortunately will never purchase or suggest purchasing from them.

What a tremendous waste of time.I called into this dealership, discussing my bad time at Lia (see review) and that I'd like my vehicle looked at and a general report of what might need to be done. The rep was super friendly and supportive, saying no problem at all! Come on in and we can can give it a look at no expense to me until work is done. I scheduled an appointment and didn't think much of it.I arrived on time, great by incredibly friendly people, but then handed off to the grumpiest dude in the room. After a couple of minutes waiting in silence, without so much as looking at me or saying hello, said "whats the car here for" I explained to him the situation. He looked at me and said they'd have to charge $300 or something to do that. When I politely told him about calling ahead and talking with someone, he said, verbatim "That's not us. Who you talked to is the national call line, not this specific service center." So I guess that means they don't affiliate themselves with "Northtown" at all. Perplexed and completely shocked by this response, I politely declined the $300 look over and left.Wow. I don't love Lia Honda, but I certainly didn't expect this from their closest competitor. Northtown Honda doesn't recognize their corporate overlords. Does corporate know? Good news Lia, I'll be back! "Not-Northtown" Honda isn't a trustworthy place.This all said, I still take my Subaru to Northtown Subaru, as they don't seem to have any relationship to this Honda Northtown and always have great CS and quality work.

Greg was very helpful and we tried to see why I didn’t have any points because of getting the pilot last year. Other than that very respectable and he was to the point he called an Uber sent me home and an Uber brought me back to my vehicle when it was done I haven’t had any good experience with Northtown Toyota service Center. But I have to admit Northtown Honda service was superb… Greg was great and helpful

I came to this dealership because our lease was at an end. We had leased a car from another dealer/brand for many years. We went to Honda because we had a CRV many years ago. There were not many cars on the lot, but that is not unique to Northtown. No one seems to have new cars. Northtown did have some models and we were able to test drive for comparison. We did like the Civic Touring model. Our intention was to likely still continue the same brand as before. However, we liked the Civic. We were also pleased with our experience at Northtown. Our salesperson, Noah, was easy to work with, took time with us, and was not pushy. Both the sales and business manager came over to introduce themselves. In the end we liked the car and thought that Northtown Honda was a company we could feel comfortable doing business with. So for the first time in about 10 years, we switched brands and dealerships. I have no issues recommending Northtown for your car shopping needs.

It is always a nice environment and efficient service. After purchasing a package for three oil changes and two tire rotations I get annoyed when I am dunned for a air filter for $70. But I recognize that it is part of the game

Great customer service. They offer transportation to and from work free of charge while the car is being taken care of. Josh was brilliant and explained everything very well to me. He tackled all my requests and gave my car a nice clean before handing her back to me. I would highly recommend their service.

My experience at Northtown was great due to Scott's expertise and welcoming personality. I needed to take my grandson with me shopping for a car. My first Honda stop was not so great and the salesman had a know it all attitude. I did not want to buy a car there. Scott was very down to earth and very accommodating with my little grandson with me. He was a very patient man and it put me at ease trying to find a car that would meet my needs. He even helped with the car seat during my test drive. I would truly recommend Scott to others who might want to by a Honda. He is a great asset to your company.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Salesman was Terrell H. He did an unbelievable job at making sure i got what i wanted. Also got my insurance down a couple hundred dollars. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep!

The service here was excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will walk you through whatever you need. I especially appreciate how fair their prices are. Other Honda dealerships I have been to will charge significantly extra for costs, which can add up to ridiculous amounts so quickly. Special shout out to Greg for helping me with my questions and service - go see him and his crew for anything you need!
