Horrible place to bank with. I’ve been waiting for my money for 3 weeks now after going in twice asking where it is & coincidentally they call me the day before to say it has come in but the monthly fee comes out tomorrow. What is even more dumb is they have the worst hours so even if I did want to close my account and retrieve my money I can’t because of work hours. Ridiculous. Save your time and go find someone more reputable and better, this place is being ran by some bozos.

Possibly the worst bank ever. I wanted a savings account for my nephew but instead they signed me up for a different account that had no correlation to a saving account. Never stated you needed a minimum in the account and proceeded to rob me $10 for months till I finally received a letter in the mail stating I had no money left! Please avoid these kind of banks, they don't know what their doing nor do they care about their customers.

Bank with worst, slowest, most unfriendly drive thru in Niagara County. Either these bank employees are untrained or their work ethic matches the rest of the country. Most successful businesses realize without customers, their employees would be unemployed. I've given this bank multiple opportunities to handle simple drive thru transactions but always leave realizing the N.T. drive thru branch on Meadow, with the pleasant and efficient tellers, was my better choice, though out of my way. Bank Manger should clean house.

Awful. Slow. Embarassing. On 2/22 at 12:06pm "Scott" and then a long haired supervisor came over and himmed and hawwed over cashing a PRINTED check from MY DOCTORS OFFICE. A whopping $30 check requires THAT much scrutiny bc you "cant verify the DRs signature"????? What the heck???? Your lucky there was only one other customer in the bank. Gonna create a scene and embarass your customers ike that!?? WOW. Just wow.Its not a 3000 or 30,000 check. U are crazy.

I came in today spoke with Robyn.She assisted me in setting up a bank account it was quick and easy she clearly explained everything to me with no gimmicks.Im not sure why it has so many negative reviews its a great bank!

Worst bank I've ever dealt with...Will charge you multiple overdrafts for one charge, and steal your money. Online banking is NEVER correct not to mention they have multiple class action law suits against them, and refuse to help with any issues you bring to there attention. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

They have the fastest ATM right here. you put your card in the machine, enter PIN , select fast 100 and immediately it gives you your card back, and dishes out your money and you're off, like in a minute The trick is to avoid going into the main menu.

Zero stars! Needed to get a simple form notarized. The insane old lady notary refused to do so because my ID has an old photo and signature. Because the ID is old!! Would not accept 6 credit cards, social security number, health insurance card, mortgage documents, bank statements, utility bills all with name and address on them as proof that I am who the ID says I am. Of course the next bank looked at the same ID and stamped the form in 2 seconds with no questions asked. Thank God people like this exist to defend the world from impossible scenarios that defy all logic and reason. What a waste of time.

Friday afternoon at 3:35 PM wanting to deposit pay check & get some cash!! Six cars sitting in line now for 20 minutes; whoops, make that 8 cars now......while their only other lane was closed!! Several cars have pulled out & left, and now we're doing the same. And this isn't the first time this has happened. As we're leaving thru the “closed†lane, saw the teller was on the phone, with a couple of other behind her doing nothing, looking clueless. My recommendation: take your money & put it elsewhere!! These guys could care less.......

This used to be a great location, In the last year it has been terrible. The customer service is so incredibly bad it makes me want to change banks. Good thing the one on Payne is so much better. When I called to ask if this was the Niagara falls Blvd location the woman said"one of them" , in a very condescending tone. Instead of saying yes this is the location near Robinson or, yes which one were you looking for. I had to drag it out of her. When you come in the teller is complaining that they don't get paid much which is why the turn over is so frequent. The manager has walked by me several times and never said hello, or thanks for stopping in. Been a customer for a long time but truly thinking of changing all my accounts. Need some serious work!
