“Finding the Perfect Chair: A Journey to Tri-State Office for Ergonomic ComfortAfter years of discomfort from an inadequate home office chair, I delved into the world of ergonomic seating. Despite extensive online research and joining relevant Reddit groups, I struggled to find a local showroom in Buffalo, NY, that featured top chairs from renowned brands like Herman Miller, Steelcase, and Haworth. My search led me to Tri-State Office, a nearby store that offered a variety of used ergonomic chairs for the home office.Upon visiting Tri-State, I met Joe, the Senior VP and a highly helpful and friendly sales representative. The store had several models in stock, including Aeron, Mirra 2, Zody, and Leap chairs, and had other models in the pipeline. After multiple trials, I initially chose a Haworth Zody chair, but later switched to a Steelcase Leap chair, slightly more expensive but in great condition. The Zody is great, but the Leap might be a better choice for me with my back pain. Joe accommodated my change of mind without issue, and I picked up my chair a few days after I was supposed to buy the Zody.I’m thrilled with my purchase, which came at a fraction of the cost of a new chair, with only minimal signs of previous use. Joe’s commitment to customer satisfaction and his assurance of support even after the sale convinced me to consider Tri-State for future purchases. I cannot recommend Joe and Tri-State Office enough, he’s great. If anyone is looking for quality, affordable ergonomic office chairs, in the Western NY region, seriously, check them out.”

“Rarely do I write reviews ...but the young man who helped me at the Print station (Griffin) right before Christmas was an absolute God-send.I have not received such customer service with a smile in I don't know how long. With that said everyone I have run into at this location on Main has been extremely helpful as well. Griffin just went the extra TEN miles to put a smile on my face. He is most certainly management material !”

Eaton consistently delivers our orders the next business day, and only once has taken a day longer. I have never had a problem with customer service, products, delivery, or the company in general. The website does take a while to load sometimes but is still user friendly.”
