Horrible customer service. I bought a refrigerator in July and upon delivery (which i paid for) the doors were dented by the delivery guys. Mistakes happen yes, four to six weeks to be replaced. In December I heard nothing, so I had to call and find out. The doors were still on order. Finally I get a phone call at the end of January. Turns out only 1 of the 3 doors were ordered. Now I wait, AGAIN. Truthfully I will never buy another appliance from here again.

Delivery experience was terrible. I did not post this immediately as i expected follow up from the store which never happened. Had a new stove delivered on 12/18. When delivered i was told that i would have to remove all of the adhesive from tape myself which is not easy to do. I was told that all packaging would be broken down, it was not, it was all left in the driveaway for me to do myself. There was a small dent in stove door, i was offered a credit or replacement door. I opted for the door, they said 2-4 weeks, sometimes a little longer. Here we are 8 weeks later and now they say the door has not been ordered by the parts department. At this point i have opted to take the credit. And they did not offer anything additional due to their terrible service.

I worked with Peter and I hate shopping. But Peter made it easy and quick. The delivery people were quick, professional, and kind. Overall a good experience when I expected to feel overwhelmed and kinda stupid. 10/10 would recommend.

Just purchased a dishwasher and last week purchased a dryer. Sale was quick , easy and delivery was fast. Dryer was installed and old one removed. Dishwasher was delivered and I am installing it. They do offer installation. Both salesman were nice and professional.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! My girlfriend and I bought a brand new dishwasher from these people last month. We opened the box this week to install it and it's BASHED IN! They won't exchange it, give a refund or fix it! And BOSCH you can't get a hold of on the phone. What a bunch of jerks these people are! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Zero stars if I could. I'm not one to make complaints public but I hope this saves someone else the trouble of working with this location. Our new washer and dryer was delivered four days ago and we still have not heard back from a manager. Our carpet that's not even two years old was destroyed. We filed a complaint and was told that we'd hear back from a manager yesterday .. still nothing.

Should be a zero stars but 1 is lowest allowed. Wish I could post the videos of how loud my new Maytag washer sounds and how bad it shakes but no way to post videos here. Have had service people at my house 8 times, Orville's says it's up to Maytag to determine if it should be replaced or my money refunded Maytag says it's up to Orville's....the name of their game seems to be PASS THE BUCK. Orville's did say they will take it back at a 50% restocking fee...would they turn around and then resell it to another unsuspecting customer. No way will I take anything than what I paid for this piece of junk. Oh and now I am also starting to get an error code and the door will not unlock unless machine is unplugged and then plugged in again. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this company. It is no longer a family owned business and the customer service is non existent. The salesman’s give wrong information on products and if something comes defective or not what you want, they will direct you solely to the manufacturer to figure it out yourself. It’s a shame because they used to be a very reputable business.

Not thrilled with delivery. Said they would give a 30 minute heads up, but did not. Called to say they were at the house and we let them know we’d be home in 15 mins. Proceeded to put new appliance out in the pouring rain while they waited for us in the truck, so now it’s soaking wet. I could understand if we were late, but they were supposed to give us a 30 minute window, and didn’t. Not the best customer service off the bat.

The girl that answers the telephone is both rude and unprofessional. I telephoned the Amherst location to inquire about my order. She was just obnoxious. If you don’t like providing quality customer service or value your job then quit! I payed 5k of my hard earned money to purchase all new appliances and I refuse to be treated like I’m interrupting her coffee break and comfortable chair! RUDE!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Orville's. Their customer service is spectacular. They are interested in helping you make the right decision not spending more than you wanted to. Their financing is incredible, delivery is timely and professional. I will always shop here for appliances for myself and my tenants.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a new washer. It was delivered on Wednesday. By Saturday it didn't work. I called because I wanted them to take it back and bring a new one. They refused. They said once it was delivered it was under warranty. The soonest repair call available is nearly a week away. Don't buy from them. They don't stand behind their products.

Just bought a new Samsung wash machine and this was delivered and hooked up by the Orville’s employees on Tuesday. Today we ran our second wash with the new dishwasher, and it is now leaking from the door. I just called the store and the best they can do is get a technician out here on Tuesday October 3rd, leaving me a leaking dishwasher all weekend.
