Friendly people, great spas, and incredible service! A few years into owning my hot tub it developed a small leak. The service team, led by Rob, came and picked it up, went above and beyond with the repairs, and returned it while I was out of town. Hot tub was full of water and ready to use when I get back. Super convenient.

I took my Dolphin S 200 in to be repaired, even thought I did not buy it from them. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Tim called the next day to tell me what was wrong and he had it fixed with in hours. I definitely will be going back for future purchases.

Hands down the best place to buy a hot tub! We shopped every store in WNY that sells spas. No one comes close to Pool Brites sales and service! Don’t go anywhere else!
