Fran took excellent care of us . she assisted us in the office efficiently. She took care of issues we had and explained in detail how things worked. Fran was very courteous , patient nice and definitely went above and beyond to help us out. I am glad someone was in office to help us out.

I have to admit that a warm smile and patient service is exactly what I received here. Even in a moment of confusion, frustration, and troubles Fran (the employee on duty) was humble and a pleasure to be serviced by! The place is cutting back on a lot of features they used to offer but she made sure to help out my family the best she could. Thank you!

I recently Needed help solving a complicated issue with my storage unit and Fran was such a great help! She went above and beyond to help me solve the problem. Im glad someone was in the office that was so willing to help.

I had such a great experience at this self-storage location thanks to Fran! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Fran explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making your day easier, but Fran does just that. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by.You’ll be in great hands!

This storage facility is so well maintained and secure. We had a unit for 2 months and all our stuff was exactly as we left it, no signs of damage. We had to go back and get things periodically and it was always easy to get in and out. Fran does a great job managing the property and if we ever need a storage unit again, Public Storage has us as customers for life!

Would be nice if they had actual people there instead of routing you to an online portal that won't even let you select the unit you want. Or you can call and speak to someone across the world. Waste of time.
Just to follow up - I spent an hour and a half of my time with something that should have taken 15 minutes. Got the run around from the call center, claiming the advertised offer was only valid at certain locations while they tried to upcharge me. This was eventually remedied by screenshots but overall a giant hassle.
