I don’t recommend using this place. I had a problem with mice in my storage unit and when I alerted the staff the girl laughed in my face and told me it’s my problem. Staff is rude as well. I will be calling the health department to report this place.

Great experience there and the property manager Taliyah was a great help in aiding me to the directions and resources I needed for my time with the units. She made things a lot smoother for me.

I had a great experience at Public storage facility! The place is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really made the difference was the amazing customer service. T went above and beyond to help me out super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. You can tell she really cares about her customers. If you’re looking for a hassle-free storage option with someone who truly wants to help, ask for T. Highly recommend!

Working with Joe is fantastic. Public Storage is a fantastic place to store your goods and the people that are working. Customer service are very empathetic.

I had a great experience at Public Storage (Amherst NY) thanks to Tee! She was incredibly helpful and friendly—even though she was technically off the clock, she still took the time to assist me with my storage reservation. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Excellent customer service like this is rare—thank you, Tee!

I would not recommend this Public Storage. I noticed some rodent droppings and notified the team right away. They added more bait and a trap. I didn’t go into my unit again for a while and the rodent droppings had tripled. When I asked for assistance they offered me a broom for me to clean up and told me to file a claim with insurance. They admitted they probably overbaited so my unit became the party house for all the local rodents. We are leaving our unit ASAP. Also, during the winter, while the main driveways were plowed directly in front of the unit wasn’t so I had to shovel snow away from the garage in order for it to open and close. For how much they have increased their prices, their quality has decreased.
