This place and their appointment system is terrible. I had a 10:50 appointment and they hadn’t even taken the 10am yet.
I have to come here for my insurance. Forced.
People have lives, how is this ok?

I went there at 1:15 to drop off a urine sample for my 86-year-old friend. The tech , I talked to two different ones, we're unwilling to help me with any of it. I told them I did not have the insurance cards for her but she has been coming here for ages to do UTIs testing and blood work. They still would not help or even try to help. They are lousy and I do not recommend them at all

i needed help checking in and there was no one there. I am a senior citizen and not computer savvy. The technician was very demeaning and all in all it was a bad experience.

Quest on Maple Road - horrible. LaShawn was nasty and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I very rarely give reviews but what a horrible, unfriendly experience.

I will give zero star if I can.
I tried to drop off a stool sample and complete another scheduled test. Upon arriving at the facility, I was abruptly told to transfer my stool samples immediately, without any explanation or context. This demand caught me completely off guard, as I have dropped off similar samples at Quest locations in the past and have never been asked to perform such a procedure on the spot. When I questioned whether this was standard practice, instead of receiving a clear and respectful explanation, I was met with dismissiveness and what felt like an attempt to gaslight me.
The staff member insisted that this was always the procedure, even though that was clearly not the case based on my prior experiences. She also threatened that I needed to act within 15 minutes because I had another test scheduled. Rather than addressing my concerns, she escalated the situation by involving a supervisor or colleague named Tracy.
Unfortunately, Tracy’s behavior was even more troubling. She doubled down on the misinformation but inadvertently admitted that a mistake had been made — specifically, that I had been given the wrong type of container. Despite acknowledging this, she showed no accountability. Her attitude was shockingly arrogant and confrontational. Instead of offering a solution or apology, she issued an ultimatum: transfer the sample immediately or leave. She even threatened to call the police if I did not comply.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a healthcare environment where patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and empathy. I had to abandon the samples and the other test, and left the facility angry, shaken, and humiliated.

Staff courteous, professional, efficient and just flat out hard working in a very busy location. Kept patient flow moving on time and still was able to accommodate a few walk ins as I was. Was positively impressed.

My phlebotomist (Hadeel) was great. But, as a NYS licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLS) and ASCLS certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), I’m offended by the large poster in the draw room.
There was NO MENTION of laboratory professionals!! You run a nationwide network of clinical laboratories and you did not even hint at the professionals that run the tests you offer. Your PR department personnel should be fired over such an egregious omission.
Please give medical laboratory professionals the credit they deserve.
