I was confused as to why I was called last among 4 patients. The person who check in third was called first, the person who checked in fourth was called second, the person who checked in second was called third. I checked in first but was called fourth.

The young Lady that drew my blood was very kind and gentle. I am afraid of needles,but I didn't feel any pain.

The staff are lovely but the scheduling process is a nightmare. I have had multiple negative experiences with very long wait times, difficulty checking in, and appointments disappearing or never making it to their system.

I had very unprofessional person who took my blood 🩸first thing she ask for $76 after my insurance I have to pay,I said I have health savings account you guys just bill it and my insurance will pay but she said I can’t go any farther if you don’t pay the $76 which is BS my wife said the same thing to different person week ago she have her blood work done without any problem,because we have over $4400 in our HSA account anyway I paid the $76 and get it done, also she’s very unprofessional with the poking, I will never to to this place ever again

I was very pleased to be cared for by Lawanda for the second time. She is a lovely, caring woman with excellent skills. I have difficult veins, and she managed to do my draw carefully and accurately. I rarely leave a blood draw without bruising, but twice now, she's managed to achieve that! She's great and deserves lots of praise. It's obvious that she is very compassionate towards her clients. Thank you, Lawanda! p.s.-parking could be better.

I got in really quick and the phlebotomist that took my blood was absolutely amazing. She was very very kind she was quick and while I was there, there was a little girl maybe 3 years old or so that was getting her blood drawn by another person and the little girl was of course screaming and crying scared im sure and the one taking care of me got done quickly to go help with the little girl. The whole time letting the other woman know she would be in to help. It was really nice to see for me because I have young children and would want someone like her to help with mine. She was awesome!

I had a great experience at this diagnostics center. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The space was clean and well-maintained. I’ve been to other Quest locations and this is definitely the one I like most

Had a 9:30 am appointment. When I walked in, there were 25 people waiting with 20 who had appointments before me. I waited 25 minutes to be called back. This is not acceptable. The only good part of the experience was my phlebotomist. She was lovely and good at her job.
