Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this Quest. They called me back five minutes after I checked in. I was extremely nervous, because I’d only had bloodwork one time before over 20 years ago and it was traumatizing, but the phlebotomist was really kind when I let her know I was anxious and the procedure didn’t hurt at all. I was in and out in record time. Thank you for giving me such a positive experience!

Phone number is automated- no help there. There are no afternoon appointments. Very frustrating trying to get in, long lines, can't do walk ins...always full. This is healthcare these days ?? At least invest in a worker to answer questions on the phone.

Extremely far behind schedule. Very disorganized. Even if you have an appointment, do not expect to be seen at your scheduled time.Update: spoke to someone to try to get a feel for how long after our appointment time we’d be waiting. Reply was “I’m just drawing, I don’t have a screen” with a very rude tone. Do not come here if you can go someplace else. Not even having any sign of getting called back half an hour after your appointment time is completely unacceptable.

After checking late Thursday evening, and realizing that my appointment, I previously made where I went in the past, never saved, was in panic mode. Luckily, I was able to find an appointment at 620am, for the next day January 12, 2024. My experience and quality of care was beyond amazing, checking in process went quick. The last time, where I used to go in Lancaster, was way over booked. Nancy, a seasoned phlebotomist, welcoming, patient, and a true blessing and great at her job. I have never been a fan of blood work, after coming to the location on Sheridan. I definitely plan to return for future blood work.

I've been here a few times over the past eight years - always with an appointment. Never had to wait, and staff has always been professional. Would recommend if you have an appointment.

God Awful place when you get a rude person. I have been there previously and have gotten decent service. However today they were extremely slow and the lady asked me to spell my first and last name and than proceeded to state that this was an appointment only lab and "I was lucky to get in as a stand by, because it was the holidays". This women proceed to ask me for a copy of my "script" that is always sent digitally by my doctors, and e one else at Quest has not asked me for a "Script" since the early 2000's. Gross incompetence

Use to be a great site if you didn't have an appointment, now very slow. If you do have an appointment and get there early you will not be serviced until your appointment time even if walk-ins come after you

Had me come in during my appt time, which is 15 min before they close. Staff stated she does not want to take me on cause it will take 45 min to draw my blood. And ordered me to leave. Where is the logic? She was extremely rude as well.

Coming in as a walk in, I was expecting and willing to wait 2-3 hours. After waiting 2 hours, an employee comes to the waiting area and says, “this location does not take walk-ins, we are an appointment only facility.” … which isn’t advertised ANYWHERE. If your clinic doesn’t take walk-ins, why does your website say otherwise? Why does your check in kiosk allow me to register as a walk-in? It’s not the waiting that’s disappointing, it’s the fact that this clinic is advertised as taking walk-ins but the employee says otherwise and told all walk-ins that they should just go home because they won’t be seen within the business day (EOD is still 7 hours away at this point). If this clinic doesn’t take walk-ins, PUT THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE.

What a ridiculous operation. You want people to be able to drop off specimens but you don't have a proper dropoff set up. We're no longer living in the stone age. If Quest provides the correct specimen container sealed with a bagging? system why don't they simply have a drop off box of window for specimen collection. Why make customers wait like everyone else just to drop off a specimen.? It's ridiculous. Going backwards in medicine. Instead of progressively moving forward.

This really isn't the fault of the staff that work there, but if you do not have an appointment, expect to wait 3 hours or more, or you might not be even seen at all. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room just for a blood draw for an upcoming doctor's appointment. Luckily I was seen as a walk-in, but the tech admitted to me they normally don't see walk-ins and appointments are almost always required. Again, not the fault of the employees. Quest really needs to come up with a different mechanism for scheduling. So unreasonable and a waste of a day. There were multiple instances where one or two were coming out with a clipboard and calling off names of walk-ins who were on standby. Instead of crossing off names for appointments who were absent, they just simply waited in the rooms, and there was one instance where they didn't come out for like 15 or 20 minutes. I probably won't return to this location, and if I do, I'm scheduling an appointment ahead of time. The way that this place is run is so bad and unnecessary.

Good people, awful administration. If nothing goes wrong, you have a lovely time. If anything does go wrong though, you’re screwed. There are no receptionists, front desk, or admin staff of any kind, and all the admin is handled offsite by the company. The phlebotomists can’t even access their printers. Faxes take an hour to go through their system and you have to be very assertive to get help. I went in for an appointment at 11 and didn’t leave until 2 pm because of their admin problems. Again, the people were great. It’s the company structure that makes me hate this place. If you have another option, don’t go to Quest.

Absolutely horrendous waste of time for walk ins. Had to bring my mom here for blood work prior to an upcoming Dr appointment, we always try to make an appointment but there are never quest appointments available in the window before her Dr appointments. We were there an hour and a half and other patients had been waiting even longer. There have been six patients waiting in an otherwise empty waiting room for an extended amount of time and it seems like they're ignoring anyone without an appointment, even though there has been ample time between anyone else showing up. Several times the came out and called a name and the person had left due to the wait, and instead of taking the next patient (like the multiple walk-ins) they went back to the back without taking anyone. We ended up having to leave before my mother could even get her blood drawn, any of the patients who arrived before us still hadn't been seen.

When you tell people that you take walk-ins and people wait from 11 till three, and you tell him, there is no more time for you then stop telling him that you take walk-ins because you don’t ,waste of my whole day standing with my kids in there and at the end you tell me there is no time go homeWho do you think you’r dealing with ?animals? If you told me from the beginning that I had to make an appointment, I wouldn’t have wasted my day over there
