Unprofessional staff, waiting room is overheated. Patients are just a number, need to focus on customer service and better treatment of those that made appointments. System is outdated and procedures should be revisited, so patients can be seen promptly with no issues.

The wait wasn’t long at all , my issue was the phlebotomist was scratching all over her head and used the pen to scratch her head and then had me use that pen to sign a sheet. I used hand sanitizer after however she also grabbed the same gauze to use on my blood with her bare hands before putting on the gloves . Never were the hands washed. I hate to be a complainer but as a pregnant patient that was too unsanitary for me and I had to wash out my wound after for precaution.

What is going on with quest. I try to make an appointment they aren't available for weeks.... I try to walk in there's 20 people ahead of me. I don't know whats going on but sometimes health measures like blood work can't wait and it never used to be so impossible to get blood work. I typically go to kaleida but for this matter I couldn't. I went to 3 locations all completely full waiting rooms and no appointments available.

Everytime we go there within the last 2years they are very very slow. Even if you have an appointment. Had to leave to go back to work without having blood drawn today. There were over an hour an a half behind and don't care. Don't go to this location unless you have hours to waste.

Check in was easy, appointment time honored and phlebotomist was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. In and out in no time!

everytime i go there they say they don't have the referrals my doctor sent over. when i say to check under mike not micheal, they ignore me. i had to go there 3 times just to get an std test. I've never had to try so hard to get one test done. also its been 20 days and my arm is still weak and there a dull pain still. i really hope this isn't for the rest of my life. i hate needles and i think about needles everytime i move my right arm now. thanks quest.

Had an early morning appointment, didn’t wait too long. The phlebotomist I had was very polite, gentle, talkative and very nice!! Having someone like her makes all the difference!!Overall great experience!

Appts work best, but sometimes Drs want you to get in right away so you have to deal with waiting however long you wait. The staff is always great. Wish they had hours on Saturdays here...

I usually go to this location for my blood work. I had an appointment for Wednesday December 21 at 8 AM, they sent a reminder Tuesday December 20 with my confirmation code . On Wednesday December 21 they sent me a link when I arrive to click on the link. It said I was all set up and to come on in.When I came in on the door there was a sign saying we are closed December 20th and 21st.Sounds pretty incompetent to confirm my reservation on the 20th and then I get there on the 21st and the place is not open. What do you think ?

Went there Friday around 2:25 pm & was told they were short staffed with only 1 older woman working & she was only taking people with appts or drop offs. There wasn't a soul in the waiting room. I said well there isn't anyone waiting to have blood work & she said well there will be & I said when? She said maybe in 5 min. I said & you can't get me done in 5 min. She said "I don't know but I have to do the people when they do come in. I said this is ridiculous that you can't get me done while no one is here waiting. She said well I am the only one here! And again I repeated but no one is waiting in the waiting room so why can't you just take me? She said we are short staffed. If there were a way to turn her in to the higher ups I would. That was the most ridiculous excuse I ever heard of. If I had my script in hand I would go to a different company to have my blood work done! Unfortunately it is faxed to Quest. This place is lame, when you go on line to get an appt. there aren't any available.

The "technician" was very rude. She made me sign in 3 times, all I was there for was to pick up a test kit for my wife. I was told I would need to wait for 45 minutes. No problems at other locations. Avoid this location at all costs!

I was here to schedule lab work, but after hearing the way, an older lady spoke to a woman, who was slightly late, and the way she treated here. I walked out. Absolutely ridiculous.
