I had a appointment scheduled for 3:40pm and they waited until 3:58pm to take me back. Complained about the time and not being able to find all of my doctors scripts. I have a outstanding bill that he was insistent on me paying but I told him that my insurance was handling it, he seemed to be upset. He then missed my vein the first attempt and was rough getting my blood the second, as well as scratched me. Left me with a bruises, sore arm, and incomplete blood work.

This place gets zero stars. My husband was just at this location and the girl was absolutely horrendous. She was disrespectful, rude and inappropriate. My husband was told he needed labs for surgery, unfortunately the doctor never sent over the script. She told him he was “holding up her room” and yelled at him for being on his phone (calling to get it sent over)! Do not work with people if you cant be a decent human being.

Came in for my appointment got told they needed a printed copy of the lab request even though I previously called and they said I can email it to them. Then went and got my lab printed showed back up within 10 minutes and they refused to take me because they said they would have to wait an extra 30 minutes and they want to leave..

These people have the worst customer service ever. They know that you have no choice and you have to use them and so they use that as an excuse to treat you like garbage. The staff have bad attitudes and their online appointment scheduling system is horrendously difficult to use. You couldn't talk to a customer service representative if you tried. And when you walk in there's no person or window you can go up to, only a computer screen.

Rude workers, showed up 30 min before closing time, we were the only people in the waiting area, no other patients, and the employees refused to take any more patients, they just wanted to go home early, even after I explained how long it took us to get there and my mother has disabilities is very difficult for get too trave all the way over there. The staff here is rude, dismissive and lazy. You should go to any other location than this one, I'm surprised this location has not been shut down, I imagine it's only a matter of time.

Have an appointment scheduled threw my employer at this location for 11:22. Showed up 15 minutes early, the check in kiosk had me set up a whole new appt 40 minutes later, there's no front desk to talk to, or even answer questions. Just a waiting room with chairs, kiosks, and patients looking around confused.

After scheduling a time and date for my appointment, my appointment could not be found on your system. There was at least six other people in th waiting room that had the same experience.

Arrived 5 min before opening at Transit/Maple and was told "Im the only one here, so you're gonna wait" even though there was only 2 people waiting. I left and made appt at Transitown and found line out the door because of broken kiosk and no one fixing it. Finally got to terminal and QR code didn't work (scanner) I had appt and still waited 20 min. Nurse there was wonderful, all else not so much. Fix the equipment!!
