Stayed here a few times now and am here to tell you it’s undervalued. This place is immaculately clean every time. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The restaurant Jazzboline looks amazing. Place has a great feel. Staff is always efficient, and friendly. There’s no place better for the money, unless you have to be downtown, in the area and I will stay here every time for my annual trip.

We stayed one night and our room was truly very memorable. The evening staff that greeted us were very warm/ polite/ happy and friendly. We stayed at the corner suite with a fireplace and it just made us feel so warm and cozy just sitting in front of it. The room was perfectly spacious/ spotless clean. Smelled good too with a clean rug ( thank God ). There was a lounging couch, wide window panes and a nice bench at the end of the bed. It was truly very romantic and serene. They also had great cocktails-available in the room.A beautiful most memorable stay in Buffalo, NY. Thank you Reikart House!!!Rooms: The Corner suite we stayed in with a fireplace was so Gorgeous. It was spacious, very clean, great decor. Loved the show right outside the window and the wide window pane to sit on. Lovely King size bed and a perfectly sized bathroom.Food & drinks: The drinks were great and the menu Lose sounded enticing but we couldn’t try anything, stayed just one night.

A remarkable hotel with distinctive design and service. The corner suite with fireplace felt like staying in the guest suite of some wealthy person’s home. Beautiful furniture and bathroom. Breakfast excellent. The lobby lounge is gorgeous and cozy.Noteworthy details: Fireplace in the room is charming

very good hotel, very attractively furnished, well maintained and modern. Perfect for transit to Niagara Falls. However, it also has its price and was one of the most expensive hotels on our east coast tour. The room is small but very well equipped. We were a bit surprised about the non-ironed bed linen in a hotel in this price range. The free cookies and water at reception were great. As usual in the USA, free coffee to go. Friendly staff at reception. We can recommend this hotel without reservation!

Amazing hotel with 5* service. As a Marriott elite life time member, I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotel service I have ever received in the world. Everyone provided top notch service and was very friendly. I want to give a shout out to Courtney, Marty and Bryanne for their great hospitality. Also their home made cookies were scrumptious, especially the lemoncello flavored one. I will not hesitate to stay here again next time when I’m in town.

Location decent but I believe it wants to cater to an mid upscale audience. The layout is a bit weird. The front door could be the restaurant or the lounge (I believe) but I was attempting to locate a front desk but surrendered and asked a guest staying there to let me in. Once in the hotel, the updated decor was nice yet you can get lost if not escorted. The rooms were of decent quality and typical square footage even with indoor fireplaces. I wouldn't mind taking another look at this property. Only located about 10 minutes outside of Buffalo.

My wife and I chose to get married at the Reikart house and celebrated our wedding there on 10/06/23.All weddings come with their own forms of stressful planning, but the team at the Reikart House was communicative and accommodating throughout. Kristen Sass was a particular delight to deal with fielding all of our questions quickly and professionally.Beyond working with them leading up to the event, their day-of service was magnificant. All staff members our guests and us encountered were quick, professional, and accommodating to all requests. They truly blew us away with their service and staff members were instrumental to making our evening as exceptional as it was.Thank you for everything!- The Gawrys

We chose this hotel because it was very close to the airport without being an airport hotel. The rooms are a bit wonky, but comfortable. They could provide more cups for sure. Glad I didn't need a desk because the on provided is terrible. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. The bed and pillows are above average. Could use better furniture to sit on.

I rarely leave reviews, however this property deserves one. Six stars should be an option here. The property was nice, but what made this property really stand out was the people who ran it. Marty at the front desk was a notable call out for exceptional customer service and just out right pleasant to talk to. Nice job staff, the industry has a few things it could learn from the Reikart team.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance and amenities, including fireplaces and a great restaurant with excellent food and good cocktail, wine and beer selection as well as a bar to watch the games. Service was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay . Beautifully decorated hotel . Historical building . Amazing bed and sheets . Service can be improved. We waited about 10 minutes we were seated - reception doesn’t greet you when you enter . Breakfast also needs to be improved.

Unfamiliar with Buffalo’s hotels, I booked this one while visiting family locally. The hotel was pristine, great fragrance, and pet-friendly. I loved the history behind the hotel and the historic photography in the hallways. The rooms were nice. Great details. Only downside is that there are not too many amenities. Otherwise it is a great choice.

I shared in the celebration of a fiftyith wedding anniversary of my Sister-in-love and Brother -in-love. Everything was grand from the Greeter to the scenic view from the Banquet room. The Banquet room was set up beautifully. The variety of food was exceptional. I was delighted to see the selections of herbal teas also. The hosts and hostesses were very professional and present. I will suggest the Reikart House to anyone that asks for a one of a kind place to hold an event.
