I used to use buffalo pharmacies before they got bought out with no warning and my medications got forcibly switched to this pharmacy without my knowledge or consent. I am unable to travel and I have no one in my life to assist me which wouldn't be a problem if this location was on a bus route which it is not. One time I was foolish enough to walk there from the last bus stop closest to this location because they won't deliver anything considered a controlled substance....they gave me the wrong medication and I was bed ridden for days recovering from the walk. If you depend on your medication being delivered LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! The 3 rd party service they use just leaves your medication outside or they don't knock or try to alert anyone to their presence and then claim no one was home and you are left without your medication. They are stretched thin and mistakes are being made....this is a nationwide problem but the first time I've personally had to go through all of this (CHECK THE LABELS ON YOUR MEDS BEFORE YOU TAKE THEM MAKE SURE THEY ARE ACTUALLY YOURS)... sometimes the pain of not having your medication is better than the pain you have to go through to get it.

Never had problems but today I came in to assist my grandmother shortly after 3pm. As soon as I walk in, waiting briefly at the entrance for my grandmother who walks with a cane, I hear an associate behind the counter speak and I turn my head in that direction. I see a tall, middle-aged African-American female employee wearing bright lipstick, pointing at me while trying to get the attention of another employee. She put her hand down as soon as we made eye contact and said nothing. It felt ”off,” like a racial profiling thing, even though I (younger, female) am also African-American. It was odd, unprofessional and foolish no matter what the reason though.

This store need to be shut down my script was due 2 days ago then I go to pick it up and they tell me when i get here it need a approval from the insurance but its been due this store is terrible..

Literally never answers the phone. Work for a doctors office and should at least have an emergency provider line so that patients can get their medications on time. Have issues every time.

Ignorant cashier.... asked a question and it was like I was bothering her, older grey haired lady and I said have a good night and I got a mmhhmm in return... do not recommend this rite aid unless u have pharmacy needs!

It occurred to me that there are some true unsung hero's at this Rite Aide's Pharmacy. The staff at this branch go well above and beyond in the customer care department. They have come to know and remember their clients and ask how family members are feeling or doing. Even when we call with questions they are always so helpful and pleasant and do whatever they can to resolve anything that you may need help with. When we travel out of town they make it so easy to transfer our scripts for refills wherever we may need , with out making anything more difficult in our lives. It truly makes you feel like what old fashioned pharmacies must have been like. The rest of the drug store is nice but the pharmacy staff is top notch.

I have to give a shout out to this Rite Aid. The store is clean and well-stocked, and the employees I've interacted with are unfailingly polite. I generally stop in on Tuesday afternoons, and there's always a lovely gentleman behind the counter who patiently waits while I fiddle with my change/receipt/coupons, etc. to actually hand me my bag. At most other stores, the cashier will just stuff my purchases in the bag and leave it sitting on the counter. It's a small courtesy, but one that's greatly appreciated.
