Always a great experience, staff Is helpful and friendly, I've had multiple loans thru this bank and by far had the most competitive rates. Highly recommend!

An incredibly cheap and messed up company that couldn't care less about loyal members/customers of over 7 years, wouldn't recommend this pathetic company to anyone. Go to another credit union or bank

This is a well run credit Union with all of the products and services you could hope for. They have competitive interest rates and a knowledgeable staff. When they run into a question that they can't answer, they will pursue that answer and call you by telephone when they have it.

NevEr even tried to help us during pandemic. Worst place in this area to do business with... My mom passed away I lost my job over pandemic Im told all the other places gave people a break if anyone mentions this place to you say no thank you there million times better options than this place

I just refinanced a 7 year old car at 2.94%!!! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. I worked with Jeremy Crance in person at this location. He was excellent too. I was there for less than a half hour. Highly recommend SEFCU!

Call centre in the middle of who knows where gave poor directions. Construction, street digging caused traffic grief which I wasn't told about because calls no longer go to the actual branch. You have to live in the county or town where the branch is or you can't open an account at that branch. Very weird rules. Waste of time.Ann T. was nice but the backwater call centre should give more information. Of course, it must be the Kung Fu flu that causes all these problems.
