Drove down from Canada for shopping and after reading reviews about your pillows, yes the reviews are accurate. These are the best pillows we have found hands down. Best sleep in ages.

The bed is comfortable. However, it didn't work from the start, and the men who delivered it, in retrospect, were obviously subcontractors. It took 2 hours of phone calls and 3 visits (one no-show) over a month to finally get the base replaced. Visits have an 11-hour window until 2 days in advance, when they give you a 3-hour window. The reason it didn't work was that the contractors SLICED THE POWER CORD when assembling it. We were sleeping over LIVE WIRES FOR A MONTH, and I was crawling around under there while trying to diagnose it with the phone technician. I cannot recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst bed I have EVER slept on . It is a glorified air mattress, that doesn’t hold air properly. Keep in mind that if the bed doesn’t work for you you will be out $536.00. They won’t let you return the bed, they have to pick it up! Which charges you and additional $268. I should be able to return the bed myself!!!!!

I purchased a new sleep number mattress for my rental unit to replace the current one. Now you have to purchase a remote if you do not want to use your phone. We had the bed for a week and the remote is not working with the bed. When I went into the store to ask for assistance they said they could not help me, I had to call customer service. I called customer service and they gave me the run around. It was awful! I have been a long time customer for over 12 years and they can not be bothered to help. They just wanted the sale and could care less about the experience you have. Do not buy from the Amherst NY store.

This is our first Sleep Number bed. The store is clean, bright and well organized. Kevin was very helpful and patient as we learned about and tried the different mattresses.

Staff is fantastic and very helpful. They helped me with a wrong sheet purchase issue and I couldn't be happier. I'll call and order from the store directly next time instead of ordering on the web. Plus, if I would have called them directly they would have told me that moment I was ordering the wrong sheets. Keep the sales local!

Our representative, Bailey Hess, is a great listener. (I won’t refer to her as a salesperson.) She did exactly that, listening to our sleep concerns, and facilitated exploring our options using in-store demonstration stations for us to choose our optimal sleep solution.

Staff at the store were great. Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately due to repeatedly canceling our bed delivery on the day it was supposed to be delivered, we were forced to cancel our order. Way too much money to spend to then be treated like the time I took off work to be home for the delivery meant absolutely nothing. So great on a local level but the company overall handled things terribly.

Bed is terrible, app is bad and customer service is the worse!We purchased a new Sleep Number bed because we were told it would help my back. Well, after sleeping on the bed for a week I knew it wasn't going to work and my wife was not comfortable. We had to sleep in the bed for 30 days to be eligible to return it. The app worked when it wanted and when it did work the data was not even close to being correct. The bed was cold when crawling into it each night and the comfort is not what they claimed. I tried playing around with my sleep number setting but nothing worked. My back is worse today because of this bed - thanks!Customer Service is worse than the bed. After waiting 30 days I called to return the bed. The rep tried upselling different products that in her words “would make the bed more comfortable” …lol. Right because the several thousand-dollar bed you sold me isn’t as comfortable as you make it sound - no thanks. We had a scheduled pickup window (3 hours) and 10 minutes prior to the window they called to cancel the pickup. I stated that was ridiculous to call 10 minutes prior to the pickup window. The rep was rude, talked over me and did not listen at all and even scheduled another pickup date without my authorization. After a brief shouting session, I asked to speak with her supervisor which took 45 minutes of waiting on hold. The next available pickup for our return was going to be 2 week later. I stated that was unacceptable because I wasn't going to wait 2 more weeks to get my refund. Eventually a pickup date was scheduled for 3 days later.Well, here I am typing this review while still waiting for the pickup, which was scheduled 3 hours ago. I received a text message informing me the tech was on his way and would be there in 34 minutes. Like I said that was 3 hours ago and another call waiting for 45 minutes to be told the rep is running late and they have no idea when the rep will arrive, but it will be today. So, bed still sits waiting to be returned and I am not supposed to be angry. I have rearranged 2 days waiting for this bed to be pickup so I can get my money back.Long story short - do not purchase this bed. If you do...you have been warned!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. They did everything they could to find me the best deal possible. Everything was explained with great thoroughness. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am as happy with delivery and with the bed upon it's arrival.
