Clean and comfortable. Over the past 2 years we have come to Buffalo about 3 times each year. We have been trying different places to stay. Checking reviews. FINALLY we found a hotel that is clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant. The only negative which does not impact the rating is electronic plugs. Need ports, everything is traditional plugs. The location is good and not too far from keybank arena... 20 minutes by car. Our experience was the best so far out of all the hotels we have tried. Will be back in December.

We haven’t stayed at a Staybridge before today but can say we have been pleasantly surprised. Kurt at the front desk has gone out of his way to be helpful, which was greatly appreciated. True, the hot tub is no longer there, and there is an indoor pool but it doesn’t seem heated, but it didn’t seem to stop the kids from swimming and having a good time. There is a great gas fireplace outside for a patio experience and there was a “happy hour” where food and drinks were complimentary. It was very enjoyable. The staff had been extremely hospitable and in the event that we are traveling in this area again in the future we will not hesitate to stop here.We stayed at an embassy suites Fallsview at Niagara Falls 2 nights ago (a very high end location) while we’ve been traveling this week in NY & Canada and the service and experience at this location far exceeded the hotel we paid over $400 for one night at. Thank you so much Kurt, and the others that contributed to a relaxing evening that we needed before flying home.Rooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Many things close bySafety: Good areaWalkability: Everything is so closeFood & drinks: Evening reception Monday - WednesdayNoteworthy details: Great staff

Location is great, close to lots of food places and shopping centers. They have nice two bedroom suites so my wife and I can have one room, our son another and they have an adjoining TV room. Its hard to stay in regular hotel rooms once you've been here. Staff has always been friendly and willing to help out with anything neededRooms: As mentioned earlier they have the two bedroom suites. Always great when traveling with kids. Each room has their own bathroom tooNearby activities: Movie theaters, restaurants, malls. Of course aside from rush hour, nothing is really far in the western NY areaFood & drinks: Lots of excellent local restaurants nearby, especially if you're from WNY and you miss the hometown food. Mighty Taco and a couple restaurants right on the same plaza. You're close to Tim Hortons and Jim Steak Out, Just Pizza. Etc.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for a week, spanning 7 nights, and I must say that the staff provided exceptional service. In particular, Theresa, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure the accuracy of my reservation and to guarantee that I wouldn't need to switch rooms. Given that I utilized both IHG points and reward nights for my booking, a situation that often leads to confusion at other IHG Hotels, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless experience throughout my stay.My room was clean and equipped with all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay. The overall tranquility of the hotel contributed to a restful night's sleep, and I felt completely at ease during my visit.

Check-in was very fast and simple. Our room was clean for the most part, although I did find a piece of food in the pull out couch. No big deal, I just threw it away. The bed was extremely hard and not very comfortable for me, but my husband found it very nice. The fridge/freezer was full size and the room had a dishwasher and microwave. The microwave plate was not for that microwave as it didn't lock in and just kind of balanced when being used. The pool was cold but refreshing. The water was salty but you get used to it. It was a nice feature. I wish the hot tub was still there. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with a nice selection for all guests. The check-out was very quick and easy. Will most likely stay here again the next time I'm visiting the area.

I love this hotel! Check in was nice and friendly, thanks Theresa and Cassandra. Had a lovely stay, bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious. Liked the full sized fridge and kitchenette. Our only hiccup was there was one elevator in service for what seemed to be a packed hotel and this resulted in us taking the stairs, luckily we were on the second floor. Liked the extra touches of fresh baked cookies at check in and tea and coffee if needed. Location was perfect for shopping and dining and I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice. They have breakfast, although not very wide options, but it's still good. I've attached some of the breakfast they served.I have a video of the room, but Google doesn't allow me to upload video so. . . but it was great. They have almost everything you might need in a vacation trip or business trip. Close to this hotel (by walking distance) are also a lot of restaurants and convenient store. The price is also pretty steep for an international Ph.D. student, but the quality is so great that it fits the price. I just recommend that they should have discount for university or grad students.

We stayed 3 nights for our Niagara Falls trip. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The living room was a little smaller then expected but having 2 bathrooms was a bonus with 3 teenage boys. The living room furniture is uncomfortable but the beds are nice and comfortable. The carpet was a little worn...some spots you could tell were patched and other spots were torn up. The kitchen was nice other then the noises coming from the fridge... The hotel staff is nice and friendly... They had fresh cookies down at the front desk around 3:30pm everyday so that's where my kids went at 3:30pm Lol.. The breakfast selection was good...my only complaint was it's very packed together and the breakfast is very busy so it's hard to get around. The kids enjoyed the pool but the room is overpowered by the smell of chlorine , so That made watching them difficult.. The laundry room is a nice added bonus. The hotel is located in a nice area with a few food choices located within the plaza.. If we are ever back in the area I would stay again.

Great stay for our trip to Niagara Falls! Breakfast was always delicious and the social nights were great! Our room had a full kitchen stocked with cups, plates, and cutlery which is definitely a plus. Not to mention the amazing soft, warm cookies waiting in the lobby that we all LOVED! Also, the complex has places to eat and a small market which made this location very convenient. The only issue we had was the pool pump broke and we were only able to use the pool the first night of our 4 night stay. The hotel did offer to shuttle us to a neighboring hotel to use their pool. The staff was friendly and the hotel overall was clean. Thank you Staybridge!

We had a suite with full kitchen, but didn't need to use it. Wonderful breakfast included and plenty of places to eat, right out the front door. The managers and staff were awesome. Planning on returning this year.Walkability: Walk to restaurants, bar and grill.Food & drinks: The hotel had breakfast and on some evening refreshments and cookies in the evening.

This is my fourth time staying here, and sadly, quite possibly my last. It is the third time I have had to clean upon my arrival. Grimy fingerprints all over the kitchen, dirty dishes in the cupboards, debris left behind from other guests (today was a sippy cup with rancid milk), old chewing gum smashed into the carpet, dripped food and crumbs on the kitchen floor ... you get the picture. The front desk staff is always lovely, kind, and a pleasure. They really want to be helpful and seem to have pride in their jobs. They have gone the extra mile for us, which has kept me coming back. The lobby/ eating area is pleasant and has a nice community vibe. The breakfast is perfectly acceptable for a couple days. The facilities/ amenities are good. But the rooms are just too dirty, too regularly. What a bummer. I'm spending $2,000. It is not acceptable that I begin my stay cleaning up after strangers. And I feel so creeped out by the kitchen that I don't want to eat here, which was the whole reason I got a suite instead of a regular hotel room.

My family of 4 (two adults , a 7 y.o. & a 5 y.o.) stayed here in mid-June. This isn't a bad place to stay, but for $225 per night I expected a bit more.Pros:- spacious room for 4 people with a foldout couch and separate space for the kiddos, while my wife and I had the main bedroom to ourselves- good coffee available seemingly most of the day- most staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful- if you are visiting (or have family visiting) UB North campus, the location is ideal, as the entrance is practically across the street and walkable from the hotel - nice selection of restaurants right outside the door, from pizza to Asian to pub food. The Neapolitan pizza place in particular is excellent.- solid fitness area with cardio equipment, free weights, and cable machine Cons:- Room cleaning offered just once every week. I didn't need daily linen service but it was surprising that no one even came to empty the trash the final three days of our four-day stay.- Breakfast was just okay. The fresh strawberries were the highlight. Real maple syrup and fresh-squeezed juice were not offered, and I found the eggs to have a bit of a gummy texture.- our stay was Thurs-Sun night so unfortunately we did not get to experience the happy hour which is Mon-WedAgain this is not a bad place to stay at all and at $150 per night this would be a 4 star review. But for the price there are prob better options out there.

Staff were all very nice. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable but we were given an accessible bathroom with a ramp that caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor. The room (especially the floors and carpet) could have been cleaner. The pool was also kinda dirty and the water was merky. Also looks like they poured concrete over the hot tub -- thanks COVID.Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast (not great but passable - decent selection)Rooms: ComfyNearby activities: Tons of foodWalkability: Tons of things within walking distanceFood & drinks: Bar and restaurants in the same parking lot
