I ordered a box of football cards online from Target. The shipping box came in totally fine but the box of cards was completely destroyed. I contacted customer service to fix this issue and they apologized and said there was nothing they could do because they don't take returns on football cards. I told them an employee put a crushed box of cards in the shipping box knowing that I couldn't return them. They couldn't care less and said they were sorry. So their terrible quality control is hiding behind their policy so that they can ship ruined products with no repercussions? I had the credit card and spent thousands here at this location and I'm closing my card and leaving the store completely.

Sold me a used curology moisturizer. It’s lasted me two weeks.. and it usually lasts up to a month and a half. Don’t trust this target, never going back unless absolutely necessary. We pay high cost for products as it is, and now you want to sell me something that’s been used for full price? Pathetic.

Bathrooms are always so disgusting unless they just opened. Shelves are a mess. Things stocked in the wrong price. Walmart is cleaner

Stopped in for a shopping day. I would rate this as an average compared to other Targets that I have visited. Decent stock but nothing fantastic.

Wow whoever runs this store needs to talk to the staff. 1pm on a Thursday and the men's section looked like a dumpster. Clothes scattered everywhere, impossible to find sizes of items, just a complete mess. Unacceptable display.
Sept 2024 edit. Nothing's changed. 10am on a Monday morning and it looks like this store has been neglected by staff for weeks.

The target on the boulevard is a nightmare in most cases. I tend to only go there as a last resort or in an emergency. Since it is by a college and close to Canada it tends to be busy all the time. The parking lot is scary and you need to be extra careful as cars are always flying through it or not looking when backing up. The store itself tends to always be a mess, mainly because of how busy it is. This also means shelves tend to be empty or low on options. I used to love target and this store specifically, but in the last 10 years its really gone downhill. The first big hit was when they got rid of their little café I used to love having that. Then the selection of items got reduced so I was no longer able to get the same offerings and now i have to find those things online (this is honestly an issue with all big box retailers nowadays). Overall target is fine. The best thing going for it is that they have decent prices, a range of types of items (food, clothing, kitchen related, electronics, and so on) and it's conveniently located. Also the staff has never really been an issue. It can be hard to find staff on the floor but when you do they tend to be nice. My cashier today was great I'd give her a shout out but her name isn't on the receipt.

This location needs help! I hope someone higher up at Target sees these reviews and does something about this store - it's a complete mess, and it seems like the store manager and employees don't care whatsoever... it makes me think this store manager is extremely overwhelmed and is in desperate need of help. A lot of tourists come to this location, and this is a huge turn-off. Look at how many unsatisfied customer reviews there are. From my experience the clothing aisle was completely blocked off because of a flood or something, the shoe aisle was insane, I couldn't even see the floor there were so many shoes there, womens bathroom was disgusting and there were open bags of chips on the shelves just left there. Seriously, I've never even seen a Walmart this bad.
If you're a tourist, do not come to this location. It's a waste of time.

Weird thing that they would leave all the shopping carts in the aisles instead of in front of the store as you enter at this location.

This use to be a clean and friendly store. Now is always a mess and long checkout lines. Target as a company has gone downhill. The pick-up in quick and much better option.

I’ve shopped at this Target location many times as it’s closest to me. The outside and inside garbage cans were all overflowing, merchandise was all of the floor in all departments. There were a lot of bare shelves. The registers were very backed up and very few were open. The store was a disaster.

Racist, rude cashier I said hello she just did not even look at me face remained in a scowl: no response. Didn’t even look at my direction when I cashed out she said good day to the person after me and was friendly.

Very large and well stock location, clean and spacious.
Nothing negative about this location.

When I was cashing out I used my gift card and it still had 20 dollars on it but the cashier threw it away and I didn't notice until I got home and checked my receipt and had to go all the way back to get the card so that wasted a whole hour of my day. Not good
