Store 312 was great ! The owner George took care of all my packaging and shipping needs! I was stressed about getting my stuff moved to another state ! He assured me that he would take care of everything. Not only did he pack everything, he also shipped it all and everything arrived on time . Everything was nicely packed . He was referred to me by another family member of mines who also did shipping with him! I would definitely recommend his store for all your shipping needs if you are in the Amherst area!

Avoid this place very rude, bad customer service! The store manager called the police on me cause I wanted a tracking receipt for my return package. Think he’s name was Elijah A young Blonde tall white guy!!!

Always has wonderful, professional, quick customer service. Always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. Love this store. It does smell like the restaurants it's surrounded by but that can't be helped. They're in a plaza full of restaurants. Love them

They sent my package back they completely suck never again will I go through them they are not good ebay told me I won't get a refund cuz the package was delivered and they said I picked it up I didn't pick it up so don't go through usps

We had an issue with a package that wasn’t delivered but was marked as delivered. We got the run around from UPS online, then we got the run around from Converse (the shipper). I didn’t know what to do, so I went into this store and spoke with a young man. He was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. He called UPS himself and was able to get someone interested in figuring out the problem. He was very professional, but more than that, he was willing to try to help even though it didn’t have anything to do with their store.
