Verizon customer representative wasted my time at the store and would not let cellular service to transfer down the iPhone eSIM from the thirteen to the fourteen pro max. Never purchasing data, talk, or text from this company ever again.

Went in to switch service to verison didn't realize they closed at 7 we showed up at like 650 the employees there were inconvenienced by that and super short and rude with us and were telling us it was going to take about 20 minutes to switch service over and that we should just come back some other time.

Walked in this establishment looking for charging cords for three employee phones. I told the rep what phones I needed the chargers for. Unfortunately, the chargers were the wrong ones for the phones after I got back to my location. Too far away to return but it's poor service to receive the wrong items when I had a phone on hand to reference...

Had a fast efficient visit - my phone has been lighting up mostly washing out the screen, and was told I could either upgrade to a new phone or fix the screen, and offered the info for the store I Break U Fix, the authorized Assurion/Verizon fix-it shop.Very kind and informative - that will bring me back as a customer!Sorry I didn't get his name, but a great employee. I was well served today, thank you! ?

Save yourself my headache - do not go here! Switched 2 lines to Verizon and first the numbers were put on the wrong devices. Then when that issue was “fixed” 45 minutes later I left with one of the phones not even fully activated. Had to go to the corporate store to get it fixed. I recommend you head there first to save time and frustration - it’s right up the road.
